| At present,our country is entering a period of low-age elders.Many elders’ participation in the community is particularly prominent.There is a phenomenon of community spontaneous gardening and planting.However,because it is spontaneous,there is a lack of organization and guidance.The planting methods are arbitrary,planting or placing.The area is messy,affecting the landscape and safety of the community.This article uses field survey methods,questionnaire survey methods,behavioral observation methods,etc.,from the perspective of active aging to carry out related research on the application of horticultural plants in the public green spaces of Changsha City,in order to provide new ideas for improving the quality of community green spaces and tap the elderly People’s potential can provide a reference,and it is also hoped that the transformed community green space can increase the sense of acquisition and happiness of the elderly.The main findings of this article are as follows:1.Investigate and understand the application status of horticultural plants in the green space of Changsha community.Nine sample plots in Kaifu District,Furong District and Yuhua District of Changsha City were selected to conduct research,investigation and analysis on the application types,main uses,and landscape effects of horticultural plants.The results show that there are 64 species of horticultural plants spontaneously planted by residents in the community,belonging to 35 families and 53 genera.Among them,Liliaceae and Solanaceae are the most numerous,with 5 species,and Cruciferae and Cucurbitaceae are the next,with 4 species;In terms of use,it is more inclined to ornamental plants and trees,accounting for 29.69% of the total;followed by vegetable plants,accounting for 39.06%;in terms of landscape effects,there are 26 species of foliage plants with good ornamental effects,accounting for 40.63%.2.Obtained the gardening planting wishes of the elderly residents in the old communities in the five administrative districts of Changsha City.Through the distribution of willingness to participate in community gardening activities questionnaire and combined with on-site interviews,conduct related gardening planting willingness analysis.The results showed that most of the interviewees had farming experience,accounting for 87%,and only21% of the interviewees hardly participated in gardening activities.Respondents mainly prefer edible plant landscapes,accounting for 63%.71% of respondents want to have power in community management.3.Discuss the design principles of community farms.Based on the analysis and analysis of the preliminary research data and the analysis and interpretation of excellent domestic and foreign cases such as Luse Vegetable Garden,Bafangyuan Community Co-construction Garden and Elder Farm,the management model,activity operation,application of gardening facilities,plant species selection,and vertical The design of community farms was discussed in terms of the expansion and utilization of space.It was proposed to promote the elderly in the community to participate in community planting activities under the premise of safety,comfort and a beautiful environment.At the same time,the selection of plants in community farms was proposed.The principle of edible and playable,the principle of environmental protection,safety and beauty of gardening facilities,and the principle of efficient use of vertical space.4.A gardening community transformation design was carried out for the Binhe Community of Hunan Agricultural University.On the basis of field survey and analysis,we focused on the scientific planning of the gardening activity area,improved the status quo of the community through the intervention of plant planting,planned and designed the community farm garden,carried out the supporting design in the vertical space,and designed the corresponding planting Management model and program. |
