| In recent years,with the vigorous development of animal husbandry in China,the problem of feed raw material shortage is becoming more and more serious,especially the protein raw material resources such as soybean meal,which is mainly dependent on imports,are becoming increasingly tight.Therefore,the development of new unconventional feed raw material resources and scientific and reasonable use,is one of the important methods to solve the current shortage of feed raw materials.Green leaf ramie is a new variety of high quality forage ramie bred in recent years.It has the characteristics of large biomass,high protein content,balanced amino acid composition and low fiber content compared with traditional ramie.It is an excellent plant protein feed raw material.This study discusses the different level is added in the peak of the Roman laying hens diet scrub ramie powder to try chicken egg production performance and egg quality,and determine the steamed ramie powder in the optimum adding level of Roman laying hens diet,so as to a branch of ramie in the feed industry application and the development of non-conventional feed raw material resources to provide scientific support.In this experiment,216 Roman laying hens with good body condition and similar laying rate aged 34 weeks were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into 4groups with 6 replicates in each group and 9 hens in each replicate.The experimental groups I,II,III and IV were fed the basal diet(corn-soybean meal type)supplemented with 0%,3%,6% and 9% green leaf ramie dry powder,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days,of which the pre-feeding period was 7 days and the formal trial period was 35 days.The main research results are as follows:(1)There were no significant differences in laying rate,feed to egg ratio,average egg weight,average daily feed intake,average daily egg production and internal organ index of Roman laying hens supplemented with different levels of green leaf ramie dry powder(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the serum glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase level in 3% and 6% green leaf ramie dry powder groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The serum levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and glutathione peroxidase in 3% green ramie dry powder group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The level of total superoxide dismutase in liver in 6% green ramie dry powder group was significantly increased(P<0.01).3% and 6% green leaf ramie dry powder groups significantly increased the villus height of jejunum and the chorioglandular ratio of ileum of Roman laying hens(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the yolk index of 9% green leaf ramie dry powder group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yolk color of 6% and 9% green leaf ramie dry powder groups was significantly increased(P<0.01).The total antioxidant capacity of egg yolk in 3% green ramie dry powder group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde in egg yolk in 3%,6% and 9% green ramie dry powder groups was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the content of total cholesterol in egg yolk in 3% and 6% green ramie dry powder groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).6% green leaf ramie dry powder group significantly increased the content of phenylalanine in whole eggs(P<0.05),the ratio of essential amino acids to non-essential amino acids and the percentage of essential amino acids in total amino acids in all green leaf ramie dry powder supplemental groups significantly increased the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids in whole eggs(P<0.05).The contents of eicosadienoic acid and α-linolenic acid in egg yolk in 6% green ramie dry powder group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of linoleic acid,total polyunsaturated fatty acids,total N-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids in all green ramie dry powder supplemental groups were extremely significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.01).To sum up,in combination with egg production performance,organ index,serum biochemical index,serum and liver antioxidant index,intestinal mucosal morphology,nutrient apparent metabolic rate,egg quality and egg nutrition levels as a result,we think in this experiment under the condition of peak green leaf in the diet with Roman laying hens ramie powder added level of about 6%. |
