In this study,Zhongzhu No.1 was crossed with Xiangsixianjianyong No.1 to construct F1 hybrid population, and new single stump with high yield and high quality resistance was screened out.Heterosis analysis and blending inheritance analysis were carried out on the F1 generation of ramie hybrid population, and association analysis was carried out on the single fiber fineness between the hybrid F1 population and natural ramie population. It laid a foundation for ramie genetic characteristics, hybrid breeding, fine genetic map construction and molecular marker assisted breeding. The main research results are as follows:1)A F1 hybrid population with 1012 progeny was constructed by the reciprocal crossing of Zhongzhu No.1 and Xiangsixianjianyong No.1.The genetic diversity of the F1 hybrid population was very rich, and the genetic characteristics of each trait was basically the same in the reciproca crossing. The raw fiber yield per clump was significantly positively correlated with plant height, stem diameter, skin thickness, number of effective plants per clump and fresh fiber rate, and negatively correlated with single fiber fineness.2)Analysis of heterosis of F1 hybrid population, found that the plant height, stem diameter, thick skin, number of effective plants per clump, raw fiber yield per clump showed strong positive comparative advantage, fresh fiber rate, single fiber fineness showed strong negative comparative advantage,in addition to the raw fiber yield per clump over-parent heterosis of the dry weight of the strong, the other traits of over-parent heterosis are negative,The negative direction of single fiber fineness was the most significant.3)Through the evaluation and analysis of 1012 progeny,395 high yielding single stump 15% increase of high value parent,22 high quality single stump with single fiber fineness greater than 1800,621 non-yielding single stump and 6 high yielding and high quality single stump with resistance were obtained.4)Mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model were analyzed, and found that the plant height, number of effective plants per clump and raw fiber yield per clump, single fibre fineness of genetic may be 2 to additive-dominant-epistatic main gene control, the thick stems of genetic could be 2 to equal additive-dominant main gene control, the thick skin, fresh fiber rate of genetic may be 1 to additive-dominant main gene control,The heritability of each trait was moderate, which was greatly affected by environment and could be properly regulated by cultivation measures.5)The association analysis of single fiber fineness of ramie was conducted with 120 pairs of EST-SSR primers.A total of 10 markers with significant correlation were detected in 142 progeny F1 hybrid populations(P<0.05).A total of 10 markers were detected in 135 natural populations(P<0.05),among which there was one common marker(12392)for cephalostomy and two common markers(14445,23485)for cephalostomy and three common markers(14445,23485)for cephalostomy and three common markers.Compared with the two groups, there was 1 marker(11503-2)in both groups. Therefore, among the 120EST-SSR primers, the four markers 12392,14445,23485 and 11503-2 were closely and stably associated with the single fiber fineness, which may be important sites affecting the single fiber fineness of ramie.
