To explore the influence of different harvest times and drying temperature on the seed vitality of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.),the hybrid combinations XY188,XY787,XY518,FY823,FY789 were used as materials,the effects of 6 harvesting times,3 post-processing time,0-6 d and 5 drying temperature on germination potential,germination rate,vigor index,electrical conductivity,malonaldehyde content,soluble protein content and lipase activity.The main results are as follows:1.With the harvest period of extension,the thousand weight of the seed increases first and then decreases,and the thousand weight of the later ripening time increases first and then stable.2.In different harvest periods,the seed vitality of different varieties grows first to reach a relatively stable period and then decreases;in the same harvest period of 0-4d post-ripening time.3.As the seed gradually mature,electrical conductivity and malonaldehyde content gradually reduced to stable,protein and fat content and lipase activity gradually increased;In the early stage of seed maturity the extended ripening time is beneficial to the increase of fat,protein content and lipase activity,and thus improve seed vitality.4.The results of comprehensive analysis of seed vigor index and physiological index showed that FY823 was most suitable for harvest at 56 days after full flowering and at least4 days after post-processing,and XY518 was most suitable for harvest at 59 days after full flowering and at least 2-4 days after post-processing FY789 was most suitable for harvest at53-56 days after full flowering and at least 4 days after post-processing.5.The germination rate,germination potential and seed vigor of the seeds with moisture content above 16.7% decreased gradually with the extension of natural stacking time in the course of natural stacking 0-8 days,while the seeds with moisture content of 13.8%decreased gradually in the course of natural stacking 0-4 days,the seed vigor was stable after6 days,while the seed vigor of the seed with water content below 10.6% was maintained well during the natural storage for 0-6 days,and the seed vigor began to decline after 8 days.6.With the increase of drying temperature,the dehydration rate of rape seeds increased gradually,and the batch circulation grain dryer and WGL drying oven drying at 50-60℃ can keep the rape seeds in high vitality.Combined with the drying rate,the most suitable temperature for drying rapeseed seeds is 60 ℃.
