With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the demand for wood resources continues to increase.The development and utilization of bamboo resources can effectively alleviate the contradiction of insufficient wood supply.At the same time,the bamboo square wood is sliced into thin bamboo pieces for use in wood-based panels,home and decorative veneer materials,etc.,which are favored by consumers.However,the processing of thin bamboo chips is mostly completed by using thin wood chip processing equipment,which has disadvantages such as poor processing quality and low degree of production automation,which restrict the development of the thin bamboo chip production industry.Therefore,this thesis designs a CNC bamboo square longitudinal slicer specially used for thin bamboo sheet processing to meet the actual processing needs of thin bamboo sheet production enterprises for high quality and high efficiency.Through the research and analysis of the development status and key technologies of thin wood chip processing equipment at home and abroad,the processing technology of bamboo square longitudinal planer is studied,and the processing flow of planer is determined;Determine the main technical parameters of the planer according to the machining mode of the machine tool and the calculation of the cutting force;Combined with the overall design requirements,the overall structure design and control system scheme design of the planer are completed.On this basis,the mechanical system of the planer is designed in detail,mainly including the design of the bed,cutting mechanism,feeding mechanism,pressing mechanism and lifting components,innovatively design the transmission system of the feeding mechanism,complete the type selection design of the transmission system motor and lifting motor,as well as the design of belt transmission and worm gear reducer.The finite element analysis and structural optimization of the key parts of the bamboo square longitudinal planer are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.Through the static analysis of the bed,pressing mechanism,feeding mechanism and planer blade,it is verified that its strength and stiffness meet the design requirements;Through the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the bed,the weak parts of the bed are obtained;According to the analysis results of static and dynamic characteristics of the bed,the multi-objective structural optimization design of the bed based on response surface method is carried out,which realizes the lightweight of the bed and improves the static and dynamic performance of the bed.Finally,the control system of the bamboo square longitudinal slicer is designed.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the slicing machine,the hardware selection and software design of the control system,including the selection of electrical components such as PLC and sensors;The results show that the thin bamboo thickness control system based on fuzzy PID can better meet the precision requirements of slicing thickness;the PLC program of the control system is designed,and the design of the man-machine interface is completed,which is used to meet the parameter setting and display.Good human-computer interaction.
