| Heart disease is one of the most serious diseases in dogs,cats and humans.With the development of China’s economy,the number of pets has increased sharply in China.Because of the continuous raising of people’s awareness of raising pets,the incidence rate of pet infectious diseases is decreasing in clinic,but the incidence rate of senile diseases and cardiovascular diseases is increasing.In recent years,the number of cats has increased sharply,and the incidence rate of heart diseases is increasing.Due to lack of feeding experience,many people pay less attention to cat’s heart health.But more and more cats die of heart disease.Therefore,vigilance is very necessary.In this paper,the incidence of cat heart disease in more than ten pet hospitals at the Xuzhou,including age,gender,variety,feeding habits,incidence type,etc.according to the diagnosis and treatment of typical cases,the application of NT proBNP in the diagnosis of cat heart disease was discussed.In this paper,167 cats suffering from heart disease in more than ten pet hospitals at the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected,and36 cases with relatively complete records from January 2020 to December 2021 were recorded.Their varieties,gender,age,feeding habits,hematological examination reports,incidence types and treatment degrees were counted.The main types of disease are HCM(hypertrophic heart disease),RCM(restrictive heart disease)and DCM(dilated heart disease).Results: the highest incidence rate of cat heart disease in the border area of Jiangsu and Anhui was 46 cases of short beauty(46/167,27.5%),and the incidence rate of male cats(105/167,62.8%)was higher than that of female cats(62/167,37.2%).The highest incidence rate was between 1 and 3(51/167,30.5%).The incidence rate of hypertrophic heart disease was highest in 21 cases(21/36,58.3%),10 cases with restrictive heart disease(10/36,27.8%),5 cases of dilated heart disease(5/36,13.9%).There were 35 cases(35 /176,19.9%)with imaging records and diagnosed as cat heart disease in 2019,52 cases(52/ 167,31.3%)in 2020 and 80 cases(80 / 167,47.9%)in 2021.The ideal prognosis of Western medicine treatment was 56 cases(56 / 79,70.9%),and that of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was 32 cases(32 / 51,62.7%).According to the classification of good recovery,improvement,ineffectiveness and death,the choice of different treatment methods for different types of heart disease was studied,and the typical cases were analyzed.In ultrasound examination,the thickness of myocardial wall in 12 cats was at the critical value,and the result was deduced by detecting NT proBNP value.Conclusion: the incidence rate of cat heart disease is higher in some areas in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.The highest incidence of disease is short and short,and the incidence rate of male cats is higher than that of female cats.The age of high incidence is 1 to 3 years old,and the type of high incidence of heart disease is hypertrophic heart disease.NT proBNP has irreplaceable power in the clinical detection and diagnosis of cat heart disease,which is recommended. |
