Ning Peucedanum is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,it is used for the treatment of wind-heat cough,and Mainly planted in Ningguo City,Anhui Province.But Ningguo is a typical hilly and mountainous landform,pesticide farmers can only rely on manual harvesting of Peucedanum,low harvest efficiency,high labor intensity,resulting in pesticide farmers in a specific time difficult to complete Peucedanum harvest work,affect the income of farmers,restrict the development of local Peucedanum industry.In view of the above problems,the design and development of a set of excavation,soil cleaning,collection as a whole Peucedanum combine harvester is of great significance to reduce labor costs,improve work efficiency and promote the development of Peucedanum industry in Ningguo City.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)Design the whole Peucedanum combined harvester scheme.Combined with the agronomic model and harvesting requirements of local Peucedanum growth in Ningguo,the soil mechanical properties of Peucedanum growth were analyzed and measured.According to the planting ridge width,row spacing,ditch width and growth depth of Peucedanum,the working process and working principle of the harvester were expounded.2)Peucedanum combined harvester digging shovel design and simulation analysis.The mechanical model between root-soil mixture and digging shovel was established to determine the main structural parameters of digging shovel.EDEM software was used for discrete element simulation of the digging shovel,and the optimal parameter combination of the digging shovel was obtained by Design-expert software for field experiment.The test results show that when the working speed of the digging shovel is 1.0 m / s,the entry angle is 20°,and the number of shovel teeth is 7,the average resistance of the digging shovel is1944.5 N.3)Design and Analysis of Root-soil Separation Device for Peucedanum Combine Harvester.The sliding model of root-soil mixture – screen surface was established,and the mechanical and kinematic analysis of the mixture on the screen surface was carried out to obtain the motion law of the root-soil mixture on the screen surface to produce up-slip,down-slip and throw.Adams simulation software was used to simulate the motion state of the mixture on the sieve surface,and the curves of the centroid motion displacement,velocity and acceleration on the sieve surface,as well as the motion trajectory of the mixture on the sieve surface were obtained.4)Whole drive design of Peucedanum combined harvester.According to the working requirements of each device in the harvester,the transmission ratio of the whole machine was calculated and select appropriate reducer and mechanical parts.Calculate hydraulic oil flow and pressure in hydraulic system and choose the right hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic motor and hydraulic valve.5)Prototype manufacturing and testing.The Peucedanum combined harvester was manufactured according to the design requirements.After manufacturing,idling test was carried out,and field test was carried out in accordance with the standard method.The experimental results shown that:under the condition of digging shovel 200 mm,the net rate of the Peucedanum was 96.1%,the clean rate was 86.25%,and the damage rate was 3.15%when the inclination Angle of the vibrating screen was 15°,the linear speed of the conveyor belt was 1.8m/s,and the rotational speed of the drum screen was 57r/min,it meet Peucedanum harvest requirements.As one of the important links in the whole mechanization of the Peucedanum industry,the design of the Peucedanum combined harvester combined with the local Peucedanum growing environment and planting agronomic,meet the requirements of Ning Peucedanum harvesting,solved the problem of “no good machine available” for Ning harvesting,and provide technical reference for the promotion and application of Peucedanum harvester.
