| The wild germplasm resources of strawberries in China are abundant,but the breeding of new varieties started late,and the breeding process is slow,resulting in the cultivation of strawberry varieties in production at this stage mainly rely on the introduction of seeds from abroad,so the selection and breeding of new strawberry varieties is of great significance.Due to the vast territory of China and the large difference in climate between the north and the south,the goals of new strawberry varieties are not the same.Therefore,this experiment relies on the Anhui Agricultural University Anhui Central Experimental Station to carry out crossbreeding between a number of excellent cultivars(‘Kaorino×Ning Yu’,‘Zijinjiuhong×Kaorino’,‘Caput×Hong Yu’,‘Hong Yu×Caput’and‘Sweet Charlie×Kaorino’)and preliminarily screened out the hybrid offspring lines of different excellent traits.By comprehensively evaluating the botanical characteristics,fruit quality and other indicators of the hybrid progeny,the lines with significant differences from their parents were screened out.The main results are as follows:1.There are differences in the pollen activity between the parents,and the seed setting rate of the hybrid offspring is proportional to the pollen activity of the parents.A wide range of botanical traits segregation occurred in the five groups of hybrid combinations,and the generalized heritability(H~2)values of their botanical traits were relatively high.2.The leaves of the plants in the five groups of hybrids all had more photosynthetic ability than the offspring of the parents.3.Offspring in the hybrid offspring have offspring whose fruit color saturation,color angle,and fruit ripeness are beyond their parents.And among the sugar-acid ratios of fruits,the lowest is the hybrid offspring of‘Sweet Charlie×Kaorino’,the sugar-acid ratio is3.48~11.27,and the highest is the hybrid offspring of‘Kaorino×Ning Yu’,the sugar-acid ratio is 11.61~14.70.4.Comparative analysis of the fruit quality of the hybrid offspring,the sucrose content of the main sugar components in the fruits of ZS-4,ZS-7,ZS-44,TS-5 and SN-8was significantly higher than that of the two parents.The main acid component of ZS-7,SN-22,ZH-11 and HZ-24 was citric acid lower than that of the parent,and the content of ascorbic acid was the highest in ZS-13.The anthocyanin P3G of ZS-13,SN-8,TS-15,ZH-17,HZ-33 is higher than that of the parent,and the ellagitannins of ZS-13,TS-15,ZH-19,HZ-22 and HZ-33 The acid content is higher than that of the parent. |
