| Cotton is the main economic crop in Hebei Province,but due to the occurrence of cotton verticillium wilt and the difficulty in controlling it,the growth and production quality of cotton have been significantly affected.Chemical control is a common control method for cotton verticillium wilt,but traditional chemical agents have high residues,low plant absorption rate,and greater harm to the environment.Therefore,this study attempted to formulate a new type of nanoemulsion preparation to achieve the effect of reducing cotton yellow wilt.Prevention and control of wilt.Solvents,emulsifiers,antifreezes and other components are screened through 95% of the original flusilazole,and finally a transparent integrated solution is prepared.The high-speed centrifugation method is used to identify it as a nanoemulsion,and then the active ingredient content is determined.The method is as follows: Measured by gas chromatography,the result was 10%.The inhibition results of 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion on the mycelial growth,microsclerotium germination and verticillium of cotton Verticillium wilt were studied in the laboratory by the bacterial plate method and the concave glass slide hanging drop method,and the following results were obtained.: 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion can inhibit the growth of Verticillium wilt mycelium under 5 different concentrations,and the effect is more than 70%;when 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion is diluted to 1000 times,It can inhibit the germination of Verticillium wilt micro sclerotia to the greatest extent,and the effect of inhibiting the germination of Verticillium verticillium micro sclerotia is 70.34%;the best inhibitory effect on cotton Verticillium spore germination is 10% flusilazole nanometer The concentration of lactogen,the inhibition rate is as high as 95.92%.Through the potted disease prevention test at the budding stage,the full bloom stage and the harvest stage,it was concluded that the 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion had the best control effect on cotton Verticillium wilt compared with other control agents.The effect of 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion on cotton rhizosphere microflora was determined by shaking dilution separation method and plate confrontation culture method,and 12 dominant rhizosphere fungi species(species)with inhibitory effect on cotton verticillium wilt were obtained: Aspergillus flavus,Fusarium graminearum,Fusarium solani,Mucor,Penicillium aeruginosa,Penicillium,etc.Through field experiments,in the budding period,flowering period,full bloom period and boll opening period of cotton growth,the three experimental bases were investigated and analyzed comprehensively.The control effect has reached more than 73.91%,and the control effect is obvious.From the above experiments,we can conclude that the 10% flusilazole nanoemulsion screened and formulated in this study has played a significant role in the prevention and control of Verticillium wilt and cotton with Verticillium wilt. |
