| Tea is a healthy drink with traditional culture in China.It has strong international competitiveness and is an important economic industry.Amino acids and tea polyphenols in tea water extract are beneficial to human health,and zinc(Zn)content is beneficial to the synthesis of tea polyphenols and amino acids."Natural zinc-rich tea" is the best choice to make up for the deficiency of zinc absorption in human body,and becomes an important drink to supplement the deficiency of zinc in human body as a health care product.To study the distribution of land zinc resources and the influencing factors of zinc distribution from the macro perspective of soil in the whole province,using geostatistical analysis,cluster analysis,rank sum test and other research methods.Combined with previous studies,regional soil Zn content levels in Guizhou province were divided into three grades(0-80mg/kg),(80-200 mg/kg)and(> 200 mg/kg)from the perspective of soil quality to analyze the heterogeneity and influencing factors of spatial distribution of soil zinc resources in Guizhou Province.It provides a scientific basis for further research on zinc content grade zoning of tea gardens in the province,and adopts differential ecological management according to the characteristics of zinc content zoning of tea gardens,which provides a scientific basis for sustainable development of tea gardens.Stratified statistical analysis was carried out to analyze the correlation of mineral elements in soil profile of tea garden with different zinc contents.The results show that:(1)The spatial block gold coefficient of soil Zn in Guizhou province is 0.48,and the distribution of soil Zn has moderate spatial autocorrelation.The early-warning zones of soil Zn are mainly distributed in the Carboniferous and Permian strata,the zn-rich zones are mainly distributed in the Triassic and Cambrian strata,and the medium-low Zn zones are mainly distributed in the Sinian and Ordovician strata.In addition,the content of Zn in soil of carbonate rocks is higher than that of clastic rocks in the same stratum,and the higher the proportion of carbonate rocks is,the more obvious the enrichment of Zn in soil is.Spatial heterogeneity of soil zinc content in research area has obvious correlation with formation s,carbonate mineral elements content is related to formation s,s so strata and lithology combination change area in guizhou province is the main reason for the zinc content in soil spatial heterogeneity,soil rich zinc area is an important regional development of zinc rich agricultural products.(2)The mean zinc content in yellow soil of Guizhou province was 256.72 mg/kg,and the coefficient of variation was 0.30.In lithology,precipitation,elevation and tea garden were significantly correlated with soil zinc content(P < 0.05),the lithology is the main factor affecting the tea garden soil zinc content space heterogeneity,zinc rich area tea garden soil lithology key consideration of clastic rocks,clastic rocks and carbonate rock salt,clastic rock and carbonate rock salt interbedding lithologic section,clastic rock accounted for more than33%.After considering the environmental impact factors of lithology,precipitation and altitude,the interaction combination of lithology and precipitation(0.86),lithology and altitude(0.81),precipitation and slope(0.80)on the spatial heterogeneity of tea garden soil was considered.Differential management should be carried out for tea gardens in different zones,such as increasing soil organic matter,monitoring p H value,improving available zinc content in soil,applying foliar fertilization and reasonably matching micro-fertilizer,so as to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of tea gardens.(3)The enrichment of mineral elements in soil profiles of tea garden seeds was correlated to A certain extent,but there was no obvious difference in Fe enrichment.Cu and Mn were mainly enriched in soil layers A and C,while Zn was basically the same in soil layers ABC.There was a significant positive correlation between Zn content and K content in low zinc grade tea garden soil(0.4),while there was no significant correlation between Zn content and Ca,Mg,P and K content in medium zinc grade tea garden soil,while there was a significant positive correlation between Zn content and Mg content in high zinc grade tea garden soil(0.64).But observation of rich zinc levels of tea garden soil,rich zinc level in Guizhou soil of tea garden is characterized by mineral elements content were high,from the tea garden soil lateral Fe,Mn,Cu and zinc,Ca,Mg,P,K is relevant,show the elements of Ca,Mn,Mg of inhibitory,P,K in soil,the Cu was a positive correlation to P,K of promote the enrichment,We should pay attention to the promotion and antagonism between mineral nutrients,combine geological resources and apply fertilizer scientifically according to local conditions.The characteristic of zinc-rich tea garden soil in Guizhou province is that the content of mineral elements in ABC layer is high,which further proves that the mineral elements in tea garden soil are related to lithology,and can be used as the evaluation basis for the optimal planting site selection of "natural zinc-rich tea". |
