| Small-scale sprinkler irrigation systems and hose reel irrigator as important efficient water-saving irrigation equipment in recent years has been widely promoted and applied in China.However,the small-scale sprinkler irrigation systems have the disadvantages of high labor intensity during installation and movement,poor hydraulic performance.Hose reel irrigator have the disadvantages of poor ability to adapt to the environment and high energy consumption.In view of the above problems,a moving-fixed hose reel irrigator was designed by combined the characteristics of small-scale sprinkler irrigation systems and hose reel irrigator in this research.The impact of sprinkler and reel was installed on the self-propelled chassis in the high gap for fixed and mobile sprinkler irrigation.Combined with irrigation requirements and evaluation indexes,the operation parameters of the unit under fixed and moving irrigation mode are determined by combined with irrigation requirements and evaluation indexes,which not only improves the environmental adaptability and hydraulic performance of the unit,but also solves the problems of high labor intensity and high energy consumption.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Designed a moving-fixed hose reel irrigator.The unit will nozzle and reel installed in the highland gap self-propelled chassis car for fixed and mobile sprinkler operation,the use of highland gap self-propelled chassis car as a power machine to ensure the unit’s driving and form flexibility and respond to the different growth periods of the crop plant height and different field planning under the operating environment.Aiming at the reel motor driving system,the load torque calculation model of JP50-180 hose reel irrigator recovery sprinkler car and PE hose was established.The results show that the maximum torque is 1239.82 N?m and the minimum power of the motor is 1.458k W.The speed matching control system is designed based on PLC.By collecting the number of winding layers corresponding to the moving speed of the unit and the length of the PE hose,the matching of the PE hose angular velocity and the locomotive moving linear velocity is guaranteed.At a moving speed of 360 m/h,the motor speed range corresponding to the 5-layer PE hose is 46-47r/min,43-44r/min,39-40r/min,36-37r/min and 33-34r/min,respectively.(2)The hydraulic performance under fixed sprinkler irrigation mode and mobile sprinkler irrigation was studied.The water spraying test of 30PY2impact sprinkler was carried out,and the laws of sprinkler installation height and working pressure on the range,sprinkler uniformity,sprinkler intensity and other hydraulic properties were analyzed.The application of cubic spline method,nonlinear polynomial fitting method and Newton interpolation method in the function fitting method of generating sprinkler irrigation intensity and distance is compared and analyzed.The results show that the nonlinear polynomial fitting function is simple and the curve fitting precision is high.Based on this,aiming at the characteristics of rocker sprinkler head mobile spraying,a superposition calculation model of mobile sprinkler water quantity suitable for this unit was proposed.The experimental results verified that the deviation rate of the model was 13.41%and 22.49%respectively at 35m/h and 360m/h moving speed.The model was used to calculate the uniformity of mobile sprinkler irrigation under different operating parameters.The results show that the working pressure has little influence on the uniformity of mobile sprinkler irrigation.When the working pressure ranges from 0.2MPa to 0.5MPa,the uniformity of mobile sprinkler irrigation varies from 63.73%to 69.79%.The uniformity of combined mobile sprinkler irrigation is higher than 85%when the distance between road and machine is 1.3R~1.5R.(3)Based on the comprehensive evaluation system of moving-fixed hose reel irrigator and irrigation demand the working mode of unit mobile and fixed sprinkler is determined.Two primary indicators of technical index and economic index and four secondary evaluation indicators of combined sprinkler uniformity,sprinkler intensity,irrigated area per unit of time and unit energy consumption are set,and the machine line spacing,fixed position distance,moving speed and fixed sprinkler time are design variables.The calculation model of combined sprinkler irrigation water volume and unit working energy consumption was established,and the influence of single factor of unit operating parameters on the index was analyzed.The results show that:at the same working pressure,the fixed-point distance and the spacing between machine rows have a greater influence on the uniformity of combined sprinkler irrigation;the fixed-point sprinkler irrigation time has a greater influence on the irrigated area and unit energy consumption per unit time.With the technical and economic indexes as the optimization objectives,the NSGA2 genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution,and the optimal solution for the operating parameters is obtained by using the gray correlation method for decision making according to the weights of the set evaluation indexes.Taking the water demand of 10 mm as an example,set the weights of combined sprinkler uniformity,sprinkler intensity,irrigated area per unit time and unit energy consumption as 0.3,0.2,0.2 and 0.3,respectively.If there is no restriction on lane spacing,the recommended operating parameters are 1.2 R for lane spacing,1.5 R for spot sprinkler distance,100 m/h for unit speed,and 0.1 h for spot sprinkler time at 0.4 MPa working pressure;if the field lane spacing is set at 40 m,the recommended operating parameters are 1.4 R for spot sprinkler distance,100 m/h for unit speed,and 0.7 h for spot sprinkler time at 0.5 MPa working pressure.The recommended operating parameters are 1.4 R at 0.5 MPa working pressure,100 m/h unit speed,and 0.7 h fixed sprinkler time. |
