Research On The High-quality Development Level And Influencing Factors Of The Marine Aquaculture Industry Of China

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the economy of China has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Agriculture,as the foundation of the national economy,must follow this trend in its development.China is a big ocean country,in recent years,the marine aquaculture industry of China has ushered in six waves of development,and the structure of aquaculture has also undergone tremendous changes.The rapid development of the marine aquaculture industry has achieved historic breakthroughs in "aquaculture over fishing" and "seawater over freshwater".However,although Chinese marine aquaculture industry has made certain achievements,this development mainly stems from the traditional marine aquaculture industry through disorderly expansion of production,abuse of chemical drugs and other methods to achieve output growth,and the core elements of industrial development such as the level of science and technology,Industrial structure,etc.have not been greatly improved.In the long run,the unreasonable development model of the marine aquaculture industry will hinder its own sustainable development.There are also many problems in the current development of the marine aquaculture industry,such as excessive drug residues in the product,backward breeding models,disorderly aquaculture leading to convergence of aquatic products,deterioration of marine environmental pollution,and serious diseases of aquatic products,which lead to the quality and safety of marine aquaculture products.Crisis of confidence.Therefore,in order to respond to national policies,transform the development model of the marine aquaculture industry,ensure the quality and safety of marine products,and protect the marine environment,research on the high-quality development of marine aquaculture in China is very necessary.This study takes 10 coastal provinces and cities in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,and Shanghai due to the availability of data)as the research object.First,based on relevant literature research and theoretical combing,the connotation and essential characteristics of the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry are defined.Secondly,guided by the typical views of authoritative organizations,based on the analysis of the limitations of the existing evaluation system,the entropy method is used to construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality development level of the marine aquaculture industry for horizontal comparison between regions.The system includes 22 specific indicators in six dimensions:industrial benefits of the marine aquaculture industry,quality of marine aquaculture products,aquaculture technology innovation,green ecological development,social and people’s livelihood benefits,and openness to the outside world.The overall level of the high-quality development of the industry is evaluated,and the differences in the highquality development of the marine aquaculture industry among regions are analyzed.In addition,in order to analyze the key factors affecting the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry,this article uses principal component analysis to summarize the main factors in the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry,in order to provide targeted policies for promoting the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry in China Suggests.After analysis,the main conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:(1)From the dynamic analysis of the high-quality development level of Chinese mariculture industry over time,the high-quality development level of the mariculture industry in coastal provinces has shown an overall upward trend from 2010 to 2019,and it has a certain relevance to the level of local economic development.The high-quality development level of marine aquaculture in Guangdong,Zhejiang,Shandong and other provinces with a relatively high level of economic development also ranks in the forefront of the country.Through the analysis of various sub-dimensions,the development quality of the marine aquaculture industry in the coastal provinces still has certain shortcomings and needs to be improved.(2)The high-quality development level of Chinese mariculture industry is affected by many factors,including economic development factors,industrial input factors,industrial support factors and government behavior factors.These four factors are positively correlated with the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry,and the degree of influence decreases successively.The possible innovations in this article are as follows:(1)Comprehensive evaluation of the high-quality development level of Chinese marine aquaculture industry from multiple perspectives.This article further subdivides based on the traditional innovation,coordination,green,open,and shared evaluation system.In this way,the high-quality development level of the marine aquaculture industry is evaluated from multiple angles,all aspects,and in-depth.(2)Use grounded theory to build a model of influencing factors for the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry,including three factors: the core industry system layer,the industrial support system layer and the external environmental system layer,and use the principal component analysis method to determine the high-quality development level of the marine aquaculture industry Regression analysis is performed on the influencing factors of the mariculture industry,and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the marine aquaculture industry in China are proposed accordingly.
