The swimming crab three-dimensional apartment circulating water breeding model is a relatively novel crab breeding technology.Although the breeding technology has high breeding density and high breeding output,the lack of automated feeding equipment makes it difficult for this breeding method to move toward industrialization and large-scale production.Based on the Smart Breeding Laboratory of Ningbo University,this article conducts research on the problem of feeding bait in three-dimensional apartments.Automated bait feeding is an important part of the threedimensional apartment breeding of portunus.In order to reduce labor costs and improve breeding efficiency,this article combines the characteristics of three-dimensional apartment breeding to develop and design a set of high-efficiency,reliable,and vertical-lifting bait feeding system.First of all,in view of the lack of automated bait-feeding equipment in the three-dimensional apartment,the overall plan of the bait-feeding system was drawn up.On this basis,the mechanical structure of the system was designed,and the structure was modeled by three-dimensional software.Taking into account the three-dimensional distribution characteristics of the three-dimensional apartment,the mechanical structure of the bait feeding system is divided into three parts: a feeding mechanism,a horizontal conveying mechanism and a vertical conveying mechanism.Taking into account the limitation of space size,the feeding mechanism adopts screw feeding type for feeding,and is designed to be as small as possible.Aiming at the problem of insufficient power during the walking of the horizontal conveying mechanism,the horizontal conveying mechanism is designed as a four-wheel drive,which can provide greater driving force.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of uncontrollable walking route,guide wheels are installed on both sides of the horizontal conveying mechanism to facilitate walking on the horizontal conveying track.Secondly,in order to realize the overall control function,the corresponding control system is designed according to the mechanical structure.It mainly includes the feeding control of the bait feeding mechanism,the walking control of the horizontal conveying mechanism,the lifting control of the vertical conveying mechanism and the coordination control between the various control parts.The bait feeding mechanism and the horizontal conveying mechanism are controlled based on the stm32 chip,and the Keil u Vision5 software is used to write the code.The vertical conveying mechanism is controlled based on the Siemens S7-200 smart PLC controller,and the professional programming software STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART provided by Siemens is used for programming.The Wi Fi serial port module is used to communicate between the two different controllers to realize information interaction.Finally,in order to evaluate the performance of the entire system,the bait-feeding system was tested and verified.The first step is to carry out an orthogonal test on the feeding mechanism and correct the flow formula to reduce the error of the quality of the blanking.In the second step,the bat algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the feeding mechanism,and the best pitch,inner shaft diameter and speed are determined under the premise of ensuring the maximum flow and the minimum quality.In the third step,the optimized feeding mechanism is applied to the feeding system,and the entire feeding system is tested and verified.The experiment is carried out under certain boundary conditions,and the quality of each feeding and the location of each feeding point are observed respectively.Analyze the result data and obtain relevant data.According to the technical indicators of the water plant breeding industry,the following conclusions can be drawn: the feeding system meets the feeding needs of the three-dimensional apartment breeding portunus,and at the same time,the feeding system is suitable for the three-dimensional apartment Feeding requirements of other aquaculture species that are cultivated.
