Study On Evaluation Of Development Level Of Organic Agriculture In Wanzhai County,Jiangxi

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China’s economic development has entered a new era and has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.It is necessary to comprehensively carry out the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,always abide by the principle of rejuvenating agriculture by quality and green,and the agricultural policy has changed from increasing production to improving quality.After years of growth,Wanzai County of Jiangxi Province has become the largest production base of organic agricultural products in the south of the Yangtze River.A number of main evaluation indicators have been ahead of all counties in Jiangxi for many years,and have made remarkable achievements,but there are also problems.Therefore,it is necessary and important to evaluate the development level of organic agriculture in Wanzai county and solve its development problems.In this study,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Marx’s agricultural basic theory and sustainable development theory were adopted to investigate the quality of organic agriculture in Wanzai County,Jiangxi.Based on the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process,combined with the actual development of organic agriculture in Wanzai County,this study constructs an evaluation index system of organic agriculture development level,which covers 3 first-class indicators,6 second-class indicators and 12 third-class indicators,such as products,ecological benefits and social benefits.Using the established evaluation model of organic agriculture development level,this paper evaluates and analyzes the development level of organic agriculture in Wanzai County,Jiangxi Province.The comprehensive score of organic agriculture evaluation in Wanzai county is 2.278,which is lower than the national average score of 2.5,that is,there is still a certain gap in the development level of organic agriculture in Wanzai county.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of organic agriculture in Wanzai County,the problems existing in the development of organic agriculture in Wanzai County include:the small number of well-known brand organic products,the low degree of agricultural industry integration,the lack of professional and technical personnel and the low level of comprehensive mechanization of organic production;The main reasons are inadequate publicity of organic agriculture and products,insufficient investment of capital and resources,insufficient consumer trust and sales channel construction level,imperfect laws and regulations,etc.Based on the above analysis,the following suggestions are put forward for the research on the development of organic agriculture in Wanzai County,Jiangxi Province.The government should establish an incentive mechanism for the development of organic agriculture,pay attention to scientific and technological support,and speed up the construction of organic agricultural products and their quality certification and supervision;The main body of organic agriculture should strengthen publicity and education,optimize production and operation,and promote "Internet plus organic agriculture".Consumers should establish a healthy consumption concept and improve their cognition of organic products.
