Camellia fruit picking function can greatly liberate labor,improve production efficiency,and can significantly reduce costs,improve planting income.The influence of hydraulic system on the comprehensive performance of picker is very important.The parameters of hydraulic actuator are related to the operation stability of the whole machine,and also have a great influence on the picking efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out relevant research on hydraulic system of push-shake camellia fruit picking machine.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the performance requirements and movement sequence of the picking machine,determine the hydraulic system work plan,design the hydraulic system schematic diagram,calculate the maximum load of each actuator,on the basis of the hydraulic components for theoretical calculation and determine the selection.(2)The mathematical model of typical components in hydraulic system(hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor)is constructed to provide technical basis for subsequent simulation of hydraulic system.(3)The simulation model of hydraulic system circuit of push-shake camellia fruit picking machine is built based on AMESim.Based on the selection calculation and mathematical modeling of hydraulic components,the parameters and sub-models of the simulation model are selected.The characteristics of flow rate,pressure,working speed and working output of each actuator in full load were analyzed.The simulation results show that the hydraulic system of picker can work stably at full load and meet the design requirements.The dynamic characteristics of the motor are simulated and analyzed,and the influence of the prime mover speed on the amplitude of the oscillation of the motor is explored.(4)According to the adjustable one-way throttle valve used in clamping loop to control the flow oscillation and energy loss caused by the flow into the actuator,the overflow throttle valve is used to optimize the scheme.The optimization simulation results show that the hydraulic cylinder of the optimized branch system responds more quickly and works smoothly,and the system oscillation is small.Aiming at the situation that the output flow of quantitative pump would change with the external load pressure,which would lead to the instability of the output frequency of the push-motor,the load-sensitive variable pump was used to optimize the scheme.The results show that the speed of the optimized push-motor is not affected by the external load.
