| In order to explore the effects of different light quality on tomato plant growth physiology and anthocyanin metabolism in artificial light plant factory,the light intensity was 200μmol·m-2·s-1,taking cooperative’903’ as the test material and blue LED as the control,green light,red light,far red light and ultraviolet light with the same light intensity were added on the basis of blue light.The results show that:1.The plant height of Tomato under B+Fr treatment was 34.54%higher than that of control B.B+R increased the stem diameter and dry and fresh weight of Tomato by 39.27%,25.58%and 22.20%respectively.The stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration,maximum photochemical quantum yield(Fv/Fm),effective photochemical quantum yield(Fv’/Fm’)of PS Ⅱ,NPQ and qp of tomato plants under B+G treatment were higher than those under other treatments.The photosynthetic efficiency of tomato plants under B+G treatment was the best.2.Vitamin C of tomato plants treated with B+Fr increased significantly.The contents of soluble protein,flavonoids,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid in B+UV treatment were the highest,which increased by 27.63%,33.61%,23.42%,32.91%and 35.80%respectively.The soluble sugar content of B+G and anthocyanin content of B+R were significantly higher than that of B by 41.15%and 55.09%,and the APX content of B+R treatment was significantly higher than that of control treatment B by 21.65%.In general,B+R can maintain a high level of antioxidant enzymes,improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes,remove reactive oxygen free radicals,alleviate the oxidative damage of cell membrane and improve the antioxidant capacity of tomato plants.The contents of esters and phenols were the most under B+R treatment,and the contents of alcohols and ketones were the most under B+Fr treatment.The compounds with the greatest effect of light on the content of volatile substances were 3-hexene-1-alcohol,2-carene,caryophyllene,hops and cis-3-hexene butyrate.3.A total of 14 metabolites were detected in tomato leaf samples under different light treatments.Among them,7 metabolites showed an upward trend,which were Anthocyanidin99\98\38\41\52\68\96.The content of Petunidin-3-O-glucoside and Rutin in the treatment of B+R made the back color of tomato leaves the darkest,200%and 105.46%higher than the control B,while the color of tomato leaves under the treatment of B+Fr remained unchanged,which was due to the down-regulation of Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,47.14%lower than the control B. |
