| In order to clarify the types of tomato virus diseases in Ningxia,introduce new varieties of high-quality anti-virus diseases suitable for Ningxia according to the current situation of virus diseases,and integrate the comprehensive prevention and control technology model of virus diseases to achieve efficient prevention and control of virus diseases.The experiment adopts the method of combining field variety screening test and indoor analysis,conventional experiment and RT-PCR technology,by comparing the growth,quality and yield of different varieties of tomato under two different cultivation modes(soil cultivation and substrate cultivation)in solar greenhouse.As well as resistance to virus diseases,high-quality and high-resistance varieties suitable for planting in Ningxia were screened;in addition,the control effect of tomato virus diseases was explored by using seed disinfection and insect-proof net covering technology;at the same time,TYLCV,ToCV,TSWV,STV,ToMV,CMV and TMV 7 kinds of virus disease-specific primers were used for RT-PCR detection of suspected tomato virus samples(18 varieties)collected from Helan Horticultural Industrial Park in Ningxia,and the compound infection of virus diseases in Ningxia was further analyzed.The green prevention and control technology model of tomato virus disease was integrated to lay a theoretical basis for early warning,detection and control of tomato virus disease in Ningxia.The main findings are as follows:(1)The resistance level,maturity and average yield per mu of different tomato varieties were better than those of soil culture in the matrix culture mode;the vitamin C content,organic acid content,soluble solid content and soluble sugar content of Jingcai No.6.It is the best and is significantly higher than other varieties;Aofen No.l has the highest yield under the matrix culture mode,with an average yield of 9821.13 kg/666.7m2 per mu;from the evaluation of virus disease resistance,Jingcai No.6 is the best performing variety.No.6,Fengshou and Aofen No.1;in addition,Fengguan,as a non-viral disease-resistant variety,performed extremely poorly in the field and should be eliminated.Under the two cultivation modes,the top three tomato varieties ranked by principal component analysis were Yiya,Meifen 969 and Fengshou,followed by Shengshi No.l and Aofen No.1.The above varieties can be used as virus-resistant varieties in Ningxia and popularized for planting.(2)Compared with water treatment,Lierkang(effervescent disinfection tablet type Ⅱ;chemical composition is trichloroisocyanuric acid)was used to soak the seeds for 2 hours for disinfection.This disinfection method has a significant control effect on tomato virus disease.Disinfection of seeds and coverage with insect nets greatly reduces the incidence of tomato plants.In addition,under the premise that the overall effect on the emergence rate of tomato is not large,the control method of seed disinfection combined with insect-proof net coverage has achieved a virus disease control effect of more than 17.24%on other tomato varieties except sweet and crisp.,the highest control effect on variety TY1602 was 90.37%.In addition,the study also found that the coverage of insect nets in the early stage of tomato growth and development affects its stem thickness and fruit set rate,which will lead to leggy or even reduced tomato plants.Therefore,attention should be paid to maintaining the air permeability and light transmittance of the greenhouse when applying this technology.(3)Tomato plants in the sampling area were mainly infected by TYLCV,ToCV,STV and TSWV.Different varieties of tomatoes have different types of viruses and types of co-infection.Statistical analysis shows that the detection rate of suspected tomato plants is about 100%,and the co-infected samples account for 81.69%of the total samples.Among them,TYLCV and ToCV Compound infection virus is the local dominant virus source.Combined infection has occurred in a large area in Ningxia,and it is showing an outbreak trend,which should be highly regarded and vigilant.(4)Based on agricultural prevention and control,establish a breeding system for strong seedlings without pests and diseases,and carry out model disinfection treatment of soil.In addition,the anti-virus varieties were selected,combined with physical and chemical measures,and the green prevention and control of tomato virus diseases in Ningxia and the standardized technical model were integrated. |
