| Ammonia is the most common and most irritating gas produced in pig houses.Excessive ammonia concentration affects the feeding performance of growing pigs.In order to explore the effects of different ammonia concentration stress on the feeding performance and respiratory performance of growing pigs, this study took the study of Du×Chang×Da three-yuan growing pigs as the research object, and selected50-day-old growing pigs at the ammonia concentration of Experiments were carried out in environmental control cabins of not control,25 mg/m3,35 mg/m3 and 45 mg/m3.Arterial blood and respiratory tract tissues were collected on the 6th,11 th,and 16 th days of the experiment, the morphology and structure of the respiratory tract were observed by the HE staining method, the changes in the composition of substances in the arterial blood were detected by the blood gas analysis method, and the hypoxia-inducible factors in the lungs were observed by immunohistochemical staining the expression of the situation. The results are as follows:1,The respiratory rate(RR)of the treatment group is extremely significant compared to the 25 mg/m3,35 mg/m3 and 45 mg/m3 treatment groups difference in the 0~5 period(P<0.01);the respiratory rate content in the 35 mg/m3 and 45 mg/m3 treatment group was significantly different from thetreatment groups in the 5~10 d and 10~15 d period(P<0.05).2 Observation of tissue sections showed that with the increase of ammonia gas concentration, the degree of mucociliary shedding increased, the mucosa was seriously damaged, and the bleeding in the lungs increased.3 The blood lactic acid content in the 45 mg/m3 treatment group was significantly different from the35 mg/m3 and 25 mg/m3 treatment groups in the 6th d(P<0.05);the blood carbon dioxide content of the 45mg/m3 treatment group was 11 th d compared with the control group and the 25 mg/m3 treatment group, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01).The 35 mg/m3 treatment group has a very significant difference in blood carbon dioxide partial pressure compared with the control group during the 11 th d(P<0.01);During the 11 th d,the alveolar oxygen pressure of the 45 mg/m3 treatment group was significantly different from the control group and the 25 mg/m3 treatment group(P<0.05),and the 35mg/m3 treatment group alveolar during the 11 th d compared with the control group, the oxygen partial pressure is significantly different(P<0.05).4 The mean light density of HIF-1α in the 35 mg/m3 and 45 mg/m3 treatment groups at test 15 th d was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The results of this test show that the respiratory frequency of growing pigs in different ammonia treatment groups is significantly different, which is related to the degree of hypoxia in the lungs of different ammonia treatment groups to a certain extent.Ammonia concentration above 25mg/m3 will cause differences degree of respiratory damage and hypoxia in growing pigs... |
