Previous studies have shown that for tomato ‘Kuiguanhongfeng’,high concentrations of ammonium nitrogen(≥10 m M)will hinder tomato growth and produce stress. The reason is the limited expression of carbonic anhydrase in carbon metabolism during nitrogen metabolism.Studies have shown that increasing the application of carbon fertilizer can help plants replenish the carbon skeleton and promote the assimilation and utilization of free NH4+.However,there are few studies on glucose as a carbon fertilizer supplement. For this reason, this study uses tomato ‘Kuiguanhongfeng’ as the test material,10 m M nitrate nitrogen was used as a control, and 10 m M ammonium nitrogen was used as an ammonium stress condition.Test the best concentration of glucose for foliage spraying and the best concentration for roots;and under the treatment of ammonium nitrogen at two concentrations of 7.5 and 10 m M,the best concentration of glucose was applied to the leaves and roots at the same time, the main results are as follows:1.The research of spraying glucose on leaves showed that when the concentration of spraying on leaves was 100 m M(Y100),compared with the control N10,the root vitality was significantly increased by10.68%,and the carbohydrate content was significantly increased by more than 60%;compared with the blank control Y0,the total acid content was significantly increased by more than 20%,the soluble protein content was significantly increased by 64.73%,and the free NH4+ content in the leaves was significantly reduced by 69.95%,the effect was significant.2.The study of applying glucose to roots showed that when the concentration of applied rhizosphere was 0.025 m M(G1),the chlorophyll content was significantly increased by 30.88% compared with the control N10,and the organic acid content in the root system reached the control level;compared with the blank control G0,the free NH4+ content in the leaves and roots of G1 treatment significantly decreased by66.73% and 17.99%,and the activity of glutamine synthetase was increased by more than 70%,the effect was significant.3.Studies on simultaneous application of glucose to leaves and roots showed that exogenous carbon treatment significantly promoted the increase in the biomass of tomato seedlings, the synthesis of chlorophyll, organic acids, and carbohydrates, and the enhancement of glutamine synthetase activity under the treatment of various concentrations of ammonium nitrogen, and promote the assimilation and utilization of free NH4+ and the absorption of nitrogen in the tomato body, promote the absorption of K,Ca,Mg,P,Fe by leaves and roots. However, the absorption of Zn by roots and the absorption of Cu by leaves were inhibited. From an overall point of view, the effect of applying glucose to leaves and roots under 10 m M ammonium nitrogen stress is more obvious than under normal ammonium nitrogen(7.5 m M)treatment. It is concluded that the tomato ‘Kuiguanhongfeng’ cultured with 10 m M ammonium nitrogen, applying the glucose to the leaves or roots could significantly increase the carbohydrates content in the tomato, and promote the assimilation and utilization of free NH4+ in the tissues. It was better to spray 100 m M glucose on the leaf surface, while the 0.025 m M concentration on the root. From an overall point of view, the effect of applying glucose to the roots was much better significant than that of foliar spraying;the effect of applying glucose to leaves and roots under the stress of 10 m M ammonium nitrogen was more obvious than that under the treatment of normal ammonium nitrogen(7.5 m M),which reduced the metabolic disorders caused by ammonium stress.
