Soil culture potted plant design is applied in this experiment,the purple cabbage plants in soil applying different size(10nm,50nm)and different concentrations(1mg/kg,10mg/kg,100mg/kg)of nano-TiO2,from purple cabbage physiology,quality,resistance and soil enzyme activity and the absorption of nutrient elements as the breakthrough point,research and analysis of different nano-TiO2 particle size concentration on the impact of purple cabbage quality.(1)Under three different dosage of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2,the dry weight of purple cabbage was increased compared with that of CK.The dry weight of purple cabbage reached the highest at the dosage of 10mg/kg for both particle size TiO2,and the difference was significant compared with the control.When the dosage was the same,the dry weight of purple cabbage under 10 nm TiO2 treatment was higher than that under 50 nm TiO2 treatment,so the yield of purple cabbage reached the highest at 10 nm 10mg/kg treatment.(2)Compared with the control,the contents of reducing sugar,vitamin C,anthocyanins,anthocyanins and total phenols in leaves of purple cabbage were all increased at different dosage of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2,and reached the maximum at 100mg/kg,with significant differences compared with the control.When the dosage is the same,the content of reducing sugar and vitamin C under 10 nm TiO2 treatment is higher than that under 50 nm TiO2 treatment,so its content reaches the highest at 10 nm 100mg/kg treatment.However,the contents of anthocyanins,anthocyanins and total phenols at 50 nm TiO2 were higher than those at 10 nm TiO2,so the concentration at 50 nm 100mg/kg was the highest.Compared with CK,the content of nitrate nitrogen in purple cabbage is reduced.When the dosage is the same,50 nm TiO2 treatment is less than 10 nm TiO2 treatment.Therefore,the content of nitrate nitrogen in 50 nm 100mg/kg treatment is the lowest.(3)Compared with the control,chlorophyll and photosynthesis of B.oleracea were increased at different dosage of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2,and both of them reached the maximum value at 100mg/kg treatment,with significant difference compared with the control.When the dosage was the same,the photosynthesis and chlorophyll content of purple cabbage at 10 nm TiO2 treatment were greater than that at 500 nm TiO2 treatment.Therefore,the dosage of 100mg/kg at 10 nm had the greatest effect on photosynthesis and chlorophyll of purple cabbage.(4)The contents of catalase,malondialdehyde and proline in purple cabbage were all higher than those in the control under three different dosage treatments of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2,and were significantly increased compared with the control under the treatment of 100mg/kg.When the dosage was the same,the contents of catalase,malondialdehyde and proline in purple cabbage leaves under 10 nm TiO2 treatment were higher than those under 500 nm TiO2 treatment,so the contents of all three reached the highest at 10 nm 100mg/kg treatment.(5)Compared with the control,the contents of total nitrogen and total potassium in purple cabbage plants were increased under three different dosage treatments of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2.The total nitrogen content reached the highest at the 100mg/kg treatment,while the total potassium content reached the maximum at the 10mg/kg treatment,with significant differences compared with the control.When the dosage is the same,10 nm TiO2 treatment is higher than 50 nm TiO2 treatment.The total phosphorus content of purple cabbage was decreased compared with the control group,and the difference was significant between the total phosphorus content and the control group at 100mg/kg treatment.When the dosage is the same,50 nm TiO2 treatment is less than 10 nm TiO2,so the reduction of total phosphorus content in purple cabbage treated with 50 nm 100mg/kg is more obvious.(6)Compared with the control,soil urease activity was enhanced at different dosage of 10 nm and 50 nm TiO2 Soil urease activity at the dosage of 100mg/kg was the highest,which was significantly different from that of the control.Soil urease activity at the same dosage was higher than that at the dosage of 50 nm TiO2,so the urease activity at the dosage of 10 nm and 100mg/kg was the highest.However soil phosphatase,catalase and sucrase activity compared with controls are reduced,and three kinds of enzymes are processed in the concentration of 100 mg/kg under minimum value,significant difference compared with the control,under the same dosage of 50 nm TiO2 dealing with less than 10 nm TiO2,so 50 nm 100 mg/kg dosage treatment on soil phosphatase,catalase and sucrase activity effect is the largest.(7)10nm and 50 nm TiO2 three different dosage treatment compared with CK,the purple cabbage titanium content in root,stem,leaf and soil increased,its content all increased with the increase of dosage of nanometer TiO2,distribution in the tissue of purple cabbage height for root > leaf > stem,at the same time,when the dosage of phase purple cabbage titanium content in root,stem and leaf of 10 nm TiO2 than 50 nm TiO2 treatment,show that the smaller the particle size of dosage martial cabbage plant titanium content higher and higher,and the soil to 50 nm TiO2 nano titanium content is more than 10 nm TiO2,The results showed that the accumulation of titanium in soil was higher with the dosage of 50 nm and 100mg/kg.
