For the study of jin temple rice production areas in different ecological collection types for rice growth and the influence of the paddy soil nutrients and to explore the most suitable for planting in the paddy field ecosystem collection mode,is based on the field experiment,set up the rice-Yangtze river crab(H1)and rice-liao river crab(H2),rice-gram original crayfish(H3),rice-xingguo red carp(H4)four collection mode and is a kind of rice monoculture modes(CK),are selected in rice tillering and booting stage and filling stage and mature period based on the agronomic characters,photosynthetic characteristics of rice,yield,quality and biochemical indexes in paddy soil were studied.The results are as follows:1.The number of tillers at mature stage under all mixed treatments was higher than that under control,and the number of ineffective tillers at booting stage under H3 treatment was 32.78% lower than that at tillering stage.The plant height under H3 treatment was significantly higher than that under other treatments at tillering stage,booting stage,grain filling stage and maturity stage,and the average plant height under H3 treatment at maturity stage was 129.6cm,which reached the highest level.The SPAD value of rice under four ecological mixed culture types was higher than that of control at tillering stage,booting stage and maturity stage,and the difference was significant,among which the SPAD value of H3 treatment at booting stage and control group reached the most significant level,which was 32.17% higher than that of control group.2.The ecological mixed culture mode of paddy field is beneficial to the improvement of soil fertility,but the improvement of paddy soil by different mixed culture types is also different.(1)compared with tillering stage was the total phosphorus content in paddy soil in ecological collection down more slowly compared with rice monoculture,and monoculture soil total phosphorus content rate of 66.09%,compared to the H1,H3,fell by 12.72% and 15.42%,the reproductive cycle of H2 in rice processing under the highest content of total phosphorus in soil average,2.52 mg/kg-1 the CK treatment increased by 22.33%.(2)Soil organic matter content increased under H1 and H3 treatment,while organic matter content of H2 and H4 decreased to a certain extent.However,compared with CK,the difference of organic matter content in the mixed culture groups was lower than that in the initial stage.(3)Soil alkaline phosphatase content decreased under all mixed treatments,and the decrease rate was lower than that under CK treatment.(4)The decrease degree of urease content in the mixed culture treatments was lower than that in CK treatment except for H4.(5)Alkaline protease content increased except H2 and H3 decreased.3.Different ecological mixed culture types have different effects on rice yield and rice nutritional quality.The 1000-grain weight under H1,H2,H3 and H4 was increased by 10.61%,7.30%,9.09% and9.40%,respectively,compared with that under CK.Seed setting rate under H1 treatment was 9.31% higher than that under CK treatment,which was the most significant increase compared with that under CK treatment and the difference was significant.Compared with CK treatment,theoretical yield was increased by 19.70%,14.11%,23.62% and 21.34%,respectively.Under H1 treatment,the yield increase effect was the most obvious,reaching 23.63%.In terms of theoretical yield,H1,H2,H3 and H4 were significantly different from CK treatment.Compared with the control group,the brown rice rate under H4 treatment was increased by 6.33%,and the improvement effect was the most obvious compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,the improvement effect of melled rice rate,whole melled rice rate and gel consistency was not significant.In terms of amylose,H2 treatment reduced 7.73% compared with CK,and the content of amylose was the lowest among all treatments.The ecological mixed culture mode of paddy field can increase soil fertility,improve the utilization efficiency of crops on soil fertility,promote the growth of rice and mixed culture organisms,and increase rice yield.From the perspective of ecological benefit and economic benefit,the rice-Yangtze River crab mixed culture mode is the best for popularizing rice cultivation in Jinci rice producing area.
