| Pigeons are popular with consumers because of their low fat,high protein and delicious meat quality,and their potential in the market is huge.According to the data of "pigeon worry free" breeding platform,the annual sales volume of pigeons of Henan Tiancheng pigeon industry Co.,Ltd.is about 1.6 million in 2019,with an average price of 18 yuan / pigeon.In 2020,the sales volume of pigeons increased by 5% year on year,and the price increased by 6% year on year.The growth of pigeon sales will further promote the development of pigeon breeding industry.At present,pigeon breeding is mainly artificial feeding,backward in breeding mode and poor breeding equipment.In view of this phenomenon,this study analyzes the problems of pigeon breeding mode and equipment,and develops the automatic and accurate feeding system of pigeons.The contents and achievements of this study are as follows:(1)Hardware design of automatic and accurate feeding system for pigeons.According to the needs of large-scale,automation and precision of pigeon breeding farm,the precision feeding system is composed of the control end,feed storage part and power part of the system.The system control terminal is based on STM32F103 microcontroller,which is composed of XGZP6847 pressure detection module,TM1638 time regulation module,mode selection module,power module and relay module.The feed storage part is composed of feed barrel,pressure control module,temperature control module and mixing module.The power part is composed of air compressor.The system realizes the accurate discharge of feed valve through pressure detection,working time and time interval adjustment,system working mode setting,constant pressure of feed barrel,feed heating and feed mixing.(2)The software design of automatic and accurate feeding system for pigeons.The software is developed by modularization,including the main control program,the pressure value detection sub program,the TM1638 key control display subroutine,the working mode selection subprogram and the output calculation subprogram.The main control program realizes the functions of mode selection,time setting,pressure value detection,discharge calculation,etc.The sub program of pressure value detection realizes the functions of AD conversion and pressure value calculation.TM1638 subroutine realizes the functions of working time adjustment,time interval adjustment,digital tube time display and key control;The sub program of working mode selection realizes the function of setting the system working mode,and the sub program of the calculation of the discharge quantity realizes the theoretical discharge calculation function.(3)The factors influencing the system discharge and the performance test.The effects of different feed surplus(2000,1500,1000,500ml),different temperature(room temperature,30℃),feed valve pressure(200,220kpa),different feed barrel pressure(27,30KPa)and water and feed density on the discharge quantity were studied;The system accuracy is tested under different materials(water,feed),different temperature(normal temperature,40℃).The results showed that the amount of feed left in the barrel had no effect on the discharge quantity.The temperature increased by 5℃,and the discharge volume increased.The pressure of discharge valve has no effect on the discharge quantity.The feed barrel pressure increased 3kpa and the output increased by 16%.Feed density affects the uniformity of feed.The accuracy of water as raw material system is 1.14%and that of feed is 6.67% under normal temperature.The accuracy of water as raw material system is 1.9%and that of feed is 8.05% under 40℃.The use of the system can effectively reduce labor costs,reduce the contact time between people and pigeons,thereby reducing the incidence rate of pigeons,to a certain extent,can improve the economic benefits of pigeon farming industry,and promote the development of pigeon industry. |
