| [Objective]In the face of increasing demand for livestock and poultry products and high economic benefits in the market,various farmers have illegally added various drugs during the large-scale intensive breeding process.Because sulfa drugs are widely used in the breeding process,they have been included in the list of regulated drugs by the country after clenbuterol.The detection and risk assessment of sulfa drug residues in pork and chicken products in Changzhi area will help market regulators as a reference to better ensure people’s food safety and health.[Methods]In accordance with the spirit of the document of the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Printing and Distributing the 2020 Veterinary Drug Residue Monitoring and Animal-derived Bacterial Resistance Monitoring Plan”,only five sulfa drugs were tested in the sulfa drug residue detection of animal products in Changzhi City.Sampling activities strictly implemented the "Official Sampling Procedures" to take 260 samples in Changzhi.Use "Determination of Sixteen Sulfonamide Residues in Livestock and Poultry Meat by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry" GB/T20759-2006 for detection.Perform risk assessment according to the basic steps of risk assessment,namely,hazard identification,hazard feature description,exposure assessment and risk feature description.The food safety index mathematical model is used for calculation.The risk assessment formula for sulfa drug residues in Changzhi area is expressed as IFSC=EDIC*f /SIC × bw,where the estimated actual daily intake of sulfa drugs can be expressed by the following formula EDIC=(?) [Results](1)Five sulfa drugs were detected in all samples,with a detection rate of 6.9%,but none of them exceeded the national standard,and there was no residual excess detection result.Among them,the detection rate of sulfamethazine is 1.15%,the detection rate of sulfamethoxazole is 1.54%,the detection rate of sulfamethoxazole is 0.77%,the detection rate ofsulfamethoxazole is 1.54%,and the detection rate of sulfamethoxine is 1.54%.The detection rate of morpholine was 1.92%.(2)The food safety index obtained by calculation is far less than 1.This shows that in the Changzhi area,the residues of sulfa drugs in pork and chicken are low,and the intake of pork and chicken will not affect human health,and the assessment risk is low,and there is no need to enter the risk advice and communication link after the risk assessment. |
