| According to the survey found that the extensive use of Ginkgo leaves has promoted the rapid development of cultivation for the purpose of harvesting flavonoid glycosides.And fertilization measures are one of the most important cultivation techniques for improving leaf yield and high content of medicinal ingredients in Ginkgo biloba forest.So this experiment is mainly aimed at the fact that there is a lack of different fertilization periods(mainly referring to leaf sprouting fertilizer,branch and leaf fertilizer,thrive leaf fertilizer)and the combination of fertilizer types(N,P,K and foliar fertilizer)in China.Through the woodland and indoor pot experiments to study the effects of different growth period formula fertilization on Ginkgo biloba leaf yield,leaf area,SPAD,nutrient element content,medicinal component flavonoid content,and using flavonoid content as the final indicator to obtain the best formulas of N,P,K and foliar fertilizer.The research results are as follows:1.The yield of leaves under woodland different sprounting fertilizers application was significantly improved by T8.But under different treatments with pot experiment prounting fertilizers had no significant difference,the T6 treatment had the highest yield.Under different woodland branch and leaf fertilizers were higher than that of CK treatment,but only T2 treatment was significantly higher than CK treatment at 59.87g,an increase of 188.33%in comparison.In pot experiment,the application of different branch and leaf fertilizers were significantly higher than the CK treatment;the T2 treatment was the highest,and the N fertilizer and foliar fertilizer factors had a significant effect on yield.In woodland the T9 yield under the application of different thrive leaf fertilizers is highest;the P fertilizer factor has a significant influence.Under different pot experiment thrive leaf fertilizers the best yield is the T2 treatment,and the N fertilizer and P fertilizer have a significant effect on yield.2.Under the different woodland sprounting fertilizers,the leaf area was T8 as the highest,27.56cm~2,and the SPAD value was the highest as T2,as 43.40,all factors have significant effects on the leaf area.Under pot experiment sprounting fertilizers,the leaf area is the highest at T6,38.30cm~2;SPAD is the largest at T9.Under different woodland branch and leaf fertilizers,the larges leaf area is at T8,which is 25.27cm~2,and the leaf SPAD is fertilized by T3 was the best,41.87;The effects of N fertilizer and P fertilizer on leaf area were significant,and the effect of N fertilizer on SPAD was significant.Under the application of different pot experiment branch and leaf fertilizers,the best treatments of leaf area and SPAD are T8 and T4,which are51.60cm~2and 55.81.Under different woodland thrive leaf fertilizers,the difference in leaf area is not significant under each fertilizer treatment,and the SPAD value is the highest at T9 treatment;however,N,P,K fertilizer factors have significant effects on leaf area.Under different pot experiment thrive leaf fertilizers,the leaf area has the best promotion effect in T4,the leaf area reaches 60.00cm~2,SPAD is best treated with T5,which is 53.84.3.In this study,the effect of formula fertilizers on N nutrient elements is obvious,but the effect on the changes of nutrient elements in other leaves is diverse and complex;the N elements of different formula fertilizers in each period are higher or significantly higher than the CK control group,P,K,Ca,Mg elements compared with the control CK group were significantly promoted and not significant but increased and lower than the situation.Under the woodland sprounting fertilizers the N,P,K,Ca and Mg nutrient elements in the leaves were the highest under the treatment of T9,T1,T7,T6 and T6.Under pot experiment sprounting fertilizers,T2,T1,T2,T3,T2 are the highest.The nutrient concentration of the leaves of woodland branch and leaf fertilizers is highest in T1,T4,T6,T8,and T9.Underpot experiment branch and leaf fertilizers,the concentration of each nutrient is highest in T8,T3,T5,T6,and T6.Under the woodland thrive leaf fertilizers,the T3,T2,T8,T3,and T3 are the highest.Under different pot experiment thrive leaf fertilizers,T2,T8,T3,T6 and T2 are the highest.4.The content of each component of flavonoids was almost significantly higher than that of CK treatment under different fertilizer treatments,indicating that fertilization promoted the increase of flavonoid content to some extent.Through comprehensive consideration of the flavonoid content statistical results and variance comparison,it can be concluded that the optimal flavonoid content fertilization formulas in different periods.In woodland,the best options for different(N、P、K formula)sprouting fertilizer,branch leaf fertilizer,thrive leaf fertilizer respectively are N1P1K2(N:2.00 g/plant+P:1.00g/plant+K:1.50g/plant),N1P1K1(N:2.00g/plant+P:1.50g/plant+K1.50:g/plant),N1P1K3(N:4.00g/plant+P:1.50g/plant+K:3.00g/plant)is the best choice.In pot experiment,the best options for different(N、P、K and foliar fertilizer)formula sprouting fertilizer,branch leaf fertilizer,thrive leaf fertilizer respectively are N3P1K1Y1(N:3.00g/plant+P:0.50g/plant+K:0.50g/plant+foliar fertilizer:40mg/L sodium alginate humic acid),N3P3K1Y1(N:2.00g/plant+P:1.25g/Plant+K:0.75g/plant+foliar fertilizer:sodium alginate humic acid 40mg/L,Mg
