| The purpose this paper is to study the effect of different sources of mineral elements and dosage of acidifier on the growth performance of weaned piglets,analyze the mechanism of action from the differences of feed and blood electrolyte and p H,serum hormone level,plasma and fecal osmotic pressure,explore the reasonable application scheme of organic trace mineral elements,and provide technical support for its application in reducing weaning stress of piglets Practical reference.A total of 240 weaned piglets(23-day-old)with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into four treatment groups,each group containing 6 replicates with10 pigs per replicate.Organic mineral was added in the three experimental groups at a dosage of 1 kg/t,and inorganic mineral in the control group were added at the experimental group level.The control group and the test group I added calcium carbonate,4kg/t acidifier and 2.5kg/t Zinc Oxide;test group II added calcium carbonate and 2kg/t acidifier;test group III added calcium citrate and 2kg/t acidifier.Through feeding experiments,growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum hormone level,feed p H and electrolyte balance of experimental piglets,blood p H and electrolyte balance,statistical analysis and detection of plasma and fecal osmolality.The results are as follows:(1)The average daily feed intake of piglets in the experimental group Ⅲ was improved compared with the control group and the experimental group Ⅰ(P>0.05),and it was significantly increased by 7.41%(P<0.05)compared with the experimental group Ⅱ;The diarrhea rate of piglets in experimental group Ⅰ was lower than those in control group and experimental group Ⅲ(P>0.05),and significantly lower than that in experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The final weight of experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅲwas higher than that of other groups(P>0.05),meanwhile,the final weight of piglets in experimental group Ⅲ increased by 6.76% compared with the final weight of piglets in experimental group Ⅱ(P=0.080).The average daily weight gain of the piglets in the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group Ⅲ was higher than that in the other groups(P>0.05),meanwhile,compared with the experimental group Ⅱ,the average daily weight gain of the piglets in these two groups increased by 12.09%(P=0.063)and 12.31%(P=0.063),respectively.The feed-to-weight gain ratio of piglets in experimental group Ⅰand experimental group Ⅲ was lower than other groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The blood growth hormone of piglets in experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅲ was higher than other groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2)The results showed that the dietary p H of the experimental group Ⅰ was lower than that of the control group,but the electrolyte balance value was higher than that of the control group,while the dietary p H and electrolyte balance value of the experimental groupⅢ were lower than that of the experimental group Ⅱ and higher than that of the control group and the experimental group Ⅰ,but all the differences were not significant(P>0.05);The blood p H and electrolyte balance value of the control group,the experimental group Ⅰ,the experimental group Ⅱ and the experimental group Ⅲ were increased in turn,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)The plasma osmotic pressure of test group Ⅰ was higher than that of test group Ⅲ,and both were higher than that of control group and test group Ⅱ,with no significant difference(P>0.05);the fecal osmotic pressure of test group Ⅱ was higher than that of other groups,the fecal osmotic pressure of test group Ⅰ was higher than that of test groupⅢ and control group,and the fecal osmotic pressure of test group Ⅲ was higher than that of control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The serum growth hormone of piglets in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅲ was higher than that of other groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In summary,under the experimental conditions,the combination of organic mineral elements replacing inorganic mineral elements,removing 2.5kg zinc oxide and reducing50% acidifier(2kg)in the diets of weaned piglets was relatively effective.To some extent,the scheme can improve the electrolyte balance of body fluid,maintain the osmotic pressure of plasma and feces. |
