| Heipijizong[Hymenopellis raphanipes(Berk.)R.H.Petersen=Oudeman-siella raphanipes(Berk.)Pegler&T.W.K.Young]belong to Agaricales,Physala-criaceae.They are widely distributed in China.Heipijizong is a kind of valuab-le edible fungus for both medicine and food.Its fruiting body is delicate in fl-esh,crispy and delicious,rich in protein,amino acids,vitamins,trace elements,and has a high nutritional value.It has the effect of antitumor,antioxidation,hy-pertension inhibitation,bacteria inhibitation,fungi inhibitation,and improvemen-t of immunity of human’s body.This study mainly studied the biological characteristics of Heipijizong from different sources.Their stock culture medium,mother spawnmedium and planting spawnmedium were optimized,and the main nutritional components of fruiting bodies were determined.The contents and results were as follows:1、Biological characteristicsThe best pH of MesAdm1 was 6.Mycelium could grow in pH5~9 and was yellowish in pH9.Mycelium grew fastest at 24℃,and the optimum temperature range was 24~27℃.The best pH of LS and YY Heipijizong was 6.Mycelium could grow in pH5~8and was yellowish and sparse in pH9.Mycelium grew fastest at 24℃,and the optimum temperature range was 24~27℃.2、The optimization of stock culture mediumMesAdm1:maltose 2.1%,starch 1.8%,beef extract 0.9%,tryptone 0.9%,yeast extract 0.9%,VB18.8 mg/L.LS and YY Heipijizong:sucrose 3.6%,starch 3.6%,tryptone 0.5%,yeast extract 0.9%,VB118 mg/L.3、The optimization of mother spawn mediumThe most suitable mother spawn material of MesAdm1 mycelium was wheat,which could also grew in soybeans and corn.The most suitable mother spawn materials of LS and YY Heipijizong mycelia were corn,they could also grew in soybeans and wheat.4、Comparison of mycelia growth rateThe growth rate of MesAdm1,LS and YY Heipijizong myceliawere 8.20±0.28mm/d,7.88±0.010 and 7.38±0.23 mm/d,respectively.The growth rate of MesAdm1mycelia hadno significant difference with the growth rate of LS Heipijizong mycelia(p<0.05).However,the mycelia vigor and whiteness of MesAdm1 was better than that of the LS Heipijizong.The growth rate was faster than that of YY Heipijizongmycelia,and the mycelia vigor and whiteness of MesAdm1 was better than that of YY Heipijizong(p<0.05).5、The optimization of planting spawn(Dry material)MesAdm1:bagasse 44.1%,cottonseed hulls 12.6%,wood chips 25.2%,corn cob 6.3%,corn flour 5.9%,Soybean meal3.5%,CaCO31.9%,Mg SO41.4%.LS Heipijizong:bagasse 29.7%,cottonseed hulls 34.8%,wood chips 9.9%,corn cob 9.9%,wheat bran 5.7%,corn flour 5%,CaCO32.5%,KH2PO42.5%.YY Heipijizong:bagasse 35%,cottonseed hulls 35%,wood chips 14%,corn cob 7%,corn flour 3.6%,CaCO31.8%,KH2PO41.8%,Mg SO41.8%.6、The results showed that for every 100 g of LS Heipijizong dried fruitingbodies,the components and contents were:total sugar 26.89 g,polysaccharide 3.59 g,crude fiber 7.43 g,crude fat 2.58 g and crude protein 14.58 g.Each 100 g of YY Heipijizong dried fruiting bodies,the components and contents were:total sugar 26.59 g,polysaccharide 3.16 g,crude fiber 8.14 g,crude fat 3.23 g and crude protein 15.51g.With different covering materials,the nutrient content of the fruiting bodies the large loess is significantly higher than that of the red soil.When different materials were used to cover the soil,the nutrients of the fruiting body of the large loess were significantly higher than that of the laterite. |
