| In order to screen out suitable tall festuca varieties for planting in hilly areas of central Sichuan Province,the field experiments were conducted to compare the production performance of 5 tall festuca cultivars,9 Dactylis glomerata cultivars,5Medicago stiva cultivars,5 Trifolium repens cultivars and 2 Cichorium intybus cultivars in Hesha Town and Tianbao Town of Suining City.The results showed:1.That the growth rate and hay yield of‘Kerui’tall festuca were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,which were 0.564 cm/d and 8842 kg/hm~2,respectively,followed by‘Martin’and‘Jingang’.In addition,the production of crude protein and water soluble carbohydrates were the highest in‘Kerui’with 1345 kg/hm~2and 887kg/hm~2,respectively,followed by those of‘Meishijia’and‘Jingang’.Whereas,the production of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of‘Meishijia’and‘Kerui’were the lowest,and there were no significant difference between those of these two cultivars.In summary,‘Kerui’,‘Meishijia’and‘Jingang’had the higher hay yield and nutritional quality.It is a kind of tall festuca cultivars popularized and have better application value in this area.2.That the hay yield of‘Aolawo’and‘Sibada’Dactylis glomerata were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,which were 6233 and 6193 kg/hm~2,respectively.The production of crude protein were the highest(P<0.05)in‘Aruba’with 1038kg/hm~2,followed by those of‘Aolawo’and‘Dianbe’.The water soluble carbohydrates were the highest(P<0.05)in‘Aolawo’with 519 kg/hm~2.Whereas,the‘Aruba’and‘Dianbei’production of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were the lower,which were 1345 kg/hm~2and 6193 kg/hm~2,respectively.In summary,‘Aolawo’,‘Aruba’and‘Dianbei’had the higher hay yield and nutritional quality.It is a kind of Dactylis glomerata cultivars popularized and have better application value in this area.3.That the growth rate and plant height of‘WL-525HQ’Medicago stiva were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,which were 1.007 cm/d and 80.87 cm,respectively.The tiller number were the highest of‘WL-440HQ’,which 12.09/plant,followed by‘WL-525HQ’and‘Xibuzhixing’,and there were no significant difference between those of these two cultivars.The hay yield‘Xibuzhixing’were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,with an average of 4798 kg/hm~2,followed by‘WL-440HQ’.In addition,the production of crude protein were the highest(P<0.05)in‘WL-525HQ’with 748 kg/hm~2,followed by‘Xibuzhixing’,both were significantly higher than other varieties.The water soluble carbohydrates were the highest(P<0.05)in‘Xibuzhixing’with 194 kg/hm~2,followed by‘WL-525HQ’.In summary,‘Xibuzhixing’,‘WL-525HQ’and‘WL-440HQ’had the higher hay yield and nutritional quality.It is a kind of Medicago stiva cultivars popularized and have better application value in this area.4.That the growth rate and plant height of‘Ladino’Trifolium repens were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,which were 0.304 cm/d and 36.04 cm,respectively,followed by‘Huia’and‘Haifa’.The tiller number of‘Ladino’were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,which 11.03/plant,followed by‘Haifa’.The hay yield‘Haifa’were the highest(P<0.05)in the two test site,with an average of5058 kg/hm~2,followed by‘Ladino’.In addition,the production of crude protein and water soluble carbohydrates were the highest in‘Haifa’with 1058 kg/hm~2and 443kg/hm~2,respectively,followed by‘Ladino’.In summary,‘Haifa’and‘Ladino’had the higher hay yield and nutritional quality.It is a kind of Trifolium repens cultivars popularized and have better application value in this area.5.That the growth rate of‘Puna’Cichorium intybus were the highest in the two test site,with an average of 1.492 cm/d.the plant height and tiller number were the highest,which were 165.91 cm and 21.65/plant,respectively.The hay yield‘Puna’were the highest in the two test site,with an average of 3665 kg/hm~2,followed by‘Xier’.In addition,the production of crude protein and water soluble carbohydrates were the highest in‘Puna’with 360 kg/hm~2and 170 kg/hm~2,respectively.Whereas,the production of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of‘Xier’were the lower,with 664 kg/hm~2and 770 kg/hm~2.In summary,‘Puna’had the higher hay yield and nutritional quality.It is a kind of Cichorium intybus cultivars popularized and have better application value in this area. |
