Eupatorium adenophorum is one of the most serious invasive plants in Southwest China harm,and caused serious economic losses to forestry and livestock industry and the southwest provinces,Eupatorium adenophorum has strong environmental adaptability,breeding ability,it secretes allelopathic substances into the soil can inhibit the growth of other plants,leading to the original degradation of plant,forming a single dominant community change,and reduce the plant community structure,ecological structure,cause serious ecological disaster.In recent years,there have been no obvious effects on control,so it is the focus of study now to develop and utilize Eupatorium adenophorum.This test uses water distillation,supercritical CO2,petroleum ether,hexane,dichloromethane and methanol six method of extracting Eupatorium adenophorum,and compare the six kinds of Eupatorium adenophorum extracts on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa three strains of antibacterial activity,finally using(GC-MS)of the six extracts were analyzed with analysis of compound types and the relative content in the extract,to provide the basis for the separation and purification of active substances for Eupatorium adenophorum antibacterial activity,purification process choose an efficient extraction method.The research contents are as follows:1.Comparison of the preparation results of 1.and six extracts.The extraction rate of methanol extracts was as high as 4.59%.Compared with other three kinds of organic extracts,the polarity of organic solvents was independent of the extraction rate.The extraction rate of water distillation is the lowest,but it has special fragrance.The extraction state of supercritical CO2 is similar to that of extract.2.Comparison of antibacterial activities between six extracts.1.The inhibitory effect of different extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum on Staphylococcus aureus was determined by the size of bacteriostatic circle: dichloromethane >supercritical CO2>petroleum benzin>Water distillation>carbinol>n-hexane,The maximum bacteriostatic circle diameter of Staphylococcus aureus is 24.23 mm,which belongs to ultra sensitive;The order of inhibition effect of different extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum on Escherichia coli was: Water distillation>supercritical CO2 > n-hexane > dichloromethane > carbinol > petroleum benzin,The maximum inhibitory circle diameter of Escherichia coli is 23.80,which belongs to ultra sensitive;The sequences of inhibitory effects of different extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum on Pseudomonas aeruginosa were: Water distillation>supercritical CO2>carbinol>dichloromethane > n-hexane > petroleum benzin,The maximum inhibitory zone diameter of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 22.23 mm,which belongs to ultra sensitive。C-MS analysis of3.extracts of six species.The analysis results show that the supercritical CO2 is most suitable for the six methods 。 upatoriumadenophorum extract,which has the advantages of high efficiency,low failure,compounds in the preliminary extraction can be extracted to the content of up to 19.85%,followed by water distillation,but the content of thermal damage and other reasons are the distillation reached 5%.Four organic solvent extracts resulted in a lower number of compounds than the other two extracts due to their polarity limitations,but the relative content of the compounds was affected by other factors,resulting in lower levels.
