In this study,the container seedlings of Podocarpus were used as experimental materials,the effects of different substrate compounding and different fertilization formulations on the growth of Podocarpus container were studied,to provide guidance for its scientific cultivation.In this paper,the growth indexes of Podocarpus container seedlings under different substrate ratios were measured and analyzed,at the same time,the growth effect and physiological effect of Podocarpus camphora seedlings under different proportions were analyzed,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of seedling test showed that:4 kinds of substrates were conducive to the emergence of Podocarpus seedlings;sawdust,coconut and peat had a good effect on the growth of Podocarpus,while the higher red soil was not conducive to the growth of seedlings;wood chips,coconut chaff,red soil,peat on the Podocarpus pathways had a certain role in promoting;the wood chips were unfavorable to the roots of Podocarpus seedlings;coconut,peat was conducive to fresh weight of Podocarpus seedlings,and red soil was not conducive to its stem fresh weight;coconut chaff,red soil was conducive to fresh leaves of Podocarpus seedlings.(2)Through the analysis of single substrate of Podocarpus container seedlings,the results showed:sawdust was positively correlated with seedling height,and the correlation was extremely significant,negatively correlated with leaf fresh weight,but the correlation was not obvious;there was a significant positive correlation between the emergence rate of coconut chaff and the emergence rate of container seedlings,which was positively correlated with the height of seedlings,and positively correlated with other indexes,but the correlation was not significant.The relationship between the root length,the fresh weight of the stem and the fresh weight of the leaves was positively correlated,but the correlation with leaf fresh weight was significant,and negatively correlated with seedling height and ground diameter.The relationship between the emergence rate,ground diameter,root length,stem fresh weight and leaf fresh weight of peat and podocarpus container was positively correlated,but the correlation was not significant.Comprehensive analysis,coconut chop,peat was a good breeding base of Podocarpus seedlings,while the higher red soil content would affect the seedling growth quality.Through the analysis of the principal component of each growth factor,the conclusion was drawn:16 and 6 matrix ratio is the excellent nursery stock ratio of Podocarpus container seedlings,16 base ratio of 1/6 wood chips,2/3 coconut chop,1/6 peat,6 matrix ratio of 1/3 red soil,1/3 coconut chop,1/3 peat.(3)The experiment was carried out on the composting experiment of Podocarpus container seedling,the results showed that the effect of N fertilizer on the seedling height of Podocarpus mandshurica was significant,and the effect of P and K fertilizer on the diameter,root weight and stem weight of Podocarpus japonica seedlings were significant The impact is not significant.(4)Through the analysis of various growth indexes of Podocarpus seedlings,The results showed:The effect of seedling height on the size of N>K>P,the optimal fertilization ratio of A2B1C2,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.2g,K fertilizer 0.5g.The effect of the diameter on the same size for the N>K>P,the optimal fertilization ratio of A2B2C2,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.5g,K fertilizer 0.5g.The effect of root fresh weight on the size of N>K>P,the optimal fertilization ratio of A2B2C1,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.5g,K fertilizer 0.2g.The effect of fresh weight on stem was N>K>P in the same size,and the optimum fertilization ratio was A2B2C2,that was,0.5 g of fertilizer per kg of soil,0.5 g of P fertilizer and 0.5 g of K fertilizer.The effect of fresh weight on leaves was N>P>K,and the optimum fertilization ratio was A2B1C3,that was,0.5 g of N fertilizer per kg of soil,0.2 g of P fertilizer and 0.8 g of K fertilizer.The effect of root dry weight on the size of N>K>P,the optimal fertilization ratio of A2B3C1,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.8g,K fertilizer 0.2g.The effect of stem weight on the dry weight was N>K>P,the best fertilization ratio was A2B3C1,that was,0.5 g per N fertilizer,0.8 g of fertilizer,0.2 g of fertilizer.The effect of leaf dry weight on the same size for the N>P>K,the optimal ratio of fertilization for A2B2C2,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.5g,K fertilizer 0.5g.The effect of chlorophyll on the size of P>N>K,the optimal fertilization ratio of A2B1C3,that was,per kilogram of soil N fertilizer 0.5g,P fertilizer 0.2g,K fertilizer 0.8g.The effect of root vigor was N>P>K according to the size,and the optimum fertilization ratio was A2B2C2,that was,0.5 g of nitrogen fertilizer per kg of soil,0.5 g of P fertilizer and 0.5 g of K fertilizer.To sum up,N fertilizer for the Podocarpus container seedlings a greater impact on the impact of a number of indicators was the dominant factor.The optimum fertilization ratio of Aloe arborescens container was A2B2C2,that was,the application rate of nitrogen fertilizer per kilogram of soil was 0.5g,the dosage of phosphate fertilizer was 0.5g,and the amount of potassium fertilizer was 0.5g.
