Breeding,Asepsis Sowing And Invitro Propagation In Several Paphiopedilum Species

Paphiopedilum(Paphiopedilum pfitz.)plant is one of the most attractive of Orchidaceae.Taking the Paphiopedilum high ornamental value of the rare and endangered species protection as materials,the Beijing in the introduction and domestication,sexual reproduction,seed germination and multiplication and so on,the main results are as follows:1.In this paper,taking the pocket is a high ornamental value of the rare and endangered species and protection for the materia.10 native species from xingyi in guizhou which is P.micranthum、P.armeniacum、P.purpuratum、P.diamthum、P.henryanum、P.hirsutissimum、P.callasum、P.wardii、P.malipoense、P.concolar as artificial cultivation in Greenhouse of Beijing.After a year of introduction and cultivation,Paphiopedilum basic growth strong,can blossom and bear fruit.2.On Paphiopedilum armeniacum,hard Ye Doulan pollen in vitro germination tests,research shows that,different kinds of required for optimal in vitro germination medium are also different.Paphiopedilum armeniacum medium 10%+10mg/L sucrose+20mg/L boric acid,calcium chloride,germination rate was 70.74%;the hard Ye Doulan medium 20%+50mg/L sucrose+40mg/L boric acid,calcium chloride,germination rate was 61.62%.3.whose original parents were self-combinations and diallel crossing in the studymaterials and the most studies were focused on four aspects:Burliness rate from 0%to 92.59%,seed setting rate was highest in the long valve Paphiopedilum was 92.59%.4.Paphiopedilum aseptic seeding adopts the culture medium(1)1/2MS+100ml/L coconut juice;(2)1/2MS+100ml/L coconut juice+1.0ml/L NAA+1.0g/L activated carbon.Find(2)medium germination rate(1)was higher than that of medium,visible,NAA and activated carbon to promote seed germination of paphiopedilum.5.Paphiopedilum pod maturity on seed germination rate has obvious effect,but not the same Paphiopedilum optimal maturity periods are also different.Through the experimental study,the same color Paphiopedilum 180d after pollination,seed germination rate,germination rate was 90.89%;with Ye Doulan best pod maturity for 120d after pollination,germination rate was 71.44%,with Ye Doulan 120d before germination rate further test;Paphiopedilum concolor with Ye Doulan best pod maturity for 225d after pollination,germination rate was 66.57%,after the same color Paphiopedilum with leaves of Paphiopedilum 225d germination rate need to be tested;leafy Paphiopedilum Paphiopedilum concolor best pod maturity for 210d after pollination,germination rate was 77.78%;Henry Paphiopedilum best pod maturity for granted after powder 360d,the germination rate was 56.33%.
