With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid updating of knowledge,human capital is particularly important.For the IC industry,the ability of technical personnel often determines the development space of the enterprise,but also the foundation for the enterprise to have the industry competitiveness in the future development road.For high-tech enterprises,science and technology is the lifeblood of the enterprise,but the problem of large internal mobility of talents is still difficult for such enterprises to overcome,so how to take measures to prevent the loss of major technologies and talents has become the key to solve this problem.Among many means,equity incentive can not only enhance the stability of talents within the enterprise and make the connection between talents and the enterprise more closely,but also achieve the purpose of attracting talents.It can not only stabilize the short-term operation of enterprises,but also provide guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises.Equity incentive,as a long-term incentive means,has been widely used in foreign listed companies since 1950 s.Compared with western developed countries,the research on equity incentive in China started late and developed relatively slowly.With the introduction of equity incentive policies in China,domestic scholars have gradually enriched their research on equity incentive.It has been less than three years since the Launch of the China Science and Technology Innovation Board in July 2019.As one of the world's leading LED driver chip companies,Jingfeng Mingyuan is one of the few listed companies that has implemented multiple equity incentive plan on the Science and Innovation Board,and its equity incentive plan has been widely discussed among listed companies on the science and innovation Board since its implementation.The breakthrough in the formulation of equity incentive plan,the implementation effect of equity incentive plan and the problems existing in the implementation process have certain reference significance for other listed enterprises of China's science and innovation board to implement equity incentive.Based on the relevant theoretical research of equity incentive,this thesis focuses on Jingfeng Mingyuan,a listed company with a small number of scientific innovation boards and multiple equity incentive plans.By sorting out the four draft equity incentive plans issued by Jingfeng Mingyuan,this thesis analyzes whether a number of "breakthrough" attempts made by Jingfeng Mingyuan in the first equity incentive plan are effective and whether the adjustments made in the last three equity incentive plans are reasonable.In the fourth chapter,financial indicators,short-term market reaction and non-financial indicators are used to analyze the implementation effect of equity incentive of Jingfengmingyuan from multiple angles,explores whether the implementation of Jingfeng Mingyuan equity incentive plan can really have a positive impact on the development of the company,and analyzes the possible problems in the implementation process.At the end of the article,it summarizes the conclusions obtained in the process of research and analysis,and to the implementation of the possible problems in the process of giving specific suggestions...
