With the successive introduction of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" plans,Chinese manufacturing enterprises have accelerated the pace of entering the intelligent era and started to increase the development of informatization and intelligence on the production floor.3C products,such as the middle frame,back cover of cell phones and computer keys,are generally produced in multi-species mass production mode.The following problems are common in the production workshops of such enterprises:(i)long production preparation time,which delays the execution of production plans;(ii)poor real-time and sharing of production data;(iii)inaccurate statistical data,often with errors;and(iv)poor feedback on product quality,which makes it difficult to trace the causes.In order to solve these problems and accelerate the transformation from a traditional manufacturing enterprise to a fully digitalized,informationized and intelligent manufacturing enterprise,the project team developed a customized Manufacturing Execution System(MES)for its multi-species and high-volume 3C products.In this thesis,the functional modules and business processes of the MES system are analyzed,designed and developed.The main work is as follows:Firstly,through Unified Modeling Language(UML),we analyzed the requirements of the functional modules of the MES system for multi-species and high-volume 3C products,and clarified that the MES system should have the functional modules of production planning,task assignment,process monitoring and production reporting.Secondly,the business processes and functional modules of MES system are described and designed,Power Designer is also used to design conceptual and physical models of databases.Through the functional modules of MES system,it not only solves the practical problems of 3C product production workshop,but also meets the business needs of users in order entry,job plan generation,production data statistics,monitoring and other aspects.Thirdly,MES system is developed using C# programming language combined with vue3.0 and.Net5.0 framework,through Visual Studio Code,Visual Studio and other development tools.The developed system page fits the business process of 3C product production workshop,it is simple,clear and easy to operate,which greatly reduces the time and labor cost of users in order entry,operation plan generation and production data statistics and monitoring.Fourthly,the job planning problem of multi-variety and high-volume 3C product MES system is abstracted into a class of flexible flow shop scheduling problem with operator constraints,and the genetic algorithm(GA)and simulated annealing algorithm(SA)are proposed respectively to solve this problem.The validity of the algorithm is verified under the effect of random combination of four factors: number of workpieces,number of processes,worker proficiency and machining time.It is also demonstrated that SA is superior to GA in solving this problem.
