With the rapid rise of short video industry,food short video,as a vertical branch,has developed rapidly,and its short video profit model has attracted the attention of all walks of life.At the same time,according to the major decision and deployment of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy made at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the major short video platforms have also made corresponding development adjustments,and launched a series of operation modes that encourage the development in line with national policies.The "new farmer plan2021" activity also came into being.This activity not only provides a better development path for new farmers,but also highly conforms to the idea of the National Rural Revitalization policy.It has certain enlightenment significance for displaying rural culture and promoting the development of media industry with the help of short video platform.Therefore,this paper selects the food short video content or account with clear style and high popularity in the "new farmer plan 2021" activity as a case,refers to its media industry development model,and integrates the research methods of literature research,text analysis and in-depth interview.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which combs the research core of this paper by understanding the relevant research at home and abroad,combined with the research background,excavates the innovation and research significance of this topic,and then designs the research ideas and methods.The second chapter summarizes the development stages of food short video from the perspective of historical development,analyzes its respective characteristics and values,and summarizes its mainstream development process.The third chapter analyzes the specific presentation of its commodity information,cultural significance and mainstream thought from the perspective of content production of media industry,and expounds the specific performance of its combination with national policies.The fourth chapter analyzes the dissemination of agricultural product information and brand building from the perspective of the media platform and audience of Rural Revitalization food short video media industry,and summarizes the complete chain of the development of Rural Revitalization food short video media industry.Combined with the method of enterprise strategy analysis,the fifth chapter summarizes the development matrix of internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of Rural Revitalization food short video media industry,and provides strategies for its further development.The sixth chapter makes a simple analysis of the communication effect of Rural Revitalization food short video through the research method of in-depth interview,and makes a summary from the two levels of cognition and action.By splitting the different dimensions of content production,media platform and audience,and recombining the economic development of media industry,the individual account analysis of food short video and the combination of mainstream value,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development process,mode,advantages and long-term development of Rural Revitalization food short video.Delicacy videos that meet the needs of Rural Revitalization Strategy can produce better content under the guidance of mainstream ideology in the face of different media economic environment,simultaneous interpreting the redevelopment and reproduction of media industry.
