Design And Implementation Of Auto Insurance Claim System

Cars are an important means of transportation in modern society.While enjoying the convenience brought by automobiles,people also face great security risks as it brings lots of accidents.In order to transfer risks and reduce economic losses,car owners usually take the initiative to buy car insurance.While the auto insurance industry is booming,the competition between insurance companies is becoming increasingly fierce.The labor cost has risen sharply which made price wars unsuitable for the development of insurance business.In order to earn more profit,insurance companies are actively seeking ways to optimize the claims process and improve customer satisfaction.This paper proposes an online method for the entire process of auto insurance claims.The car owner reports the case,and the remote loss assessor of the insures reviews and pays.Through this operation mode,the problems of long workflow and low efficiency in offline methods are solved,which helps to improve customer satisfaction.This paper analyzes the business needs of the car owner and the remote loss assessor respectively.The business needs of car owners include login,report,and claims inquiry.The business needs of the remote loss assessor include viewing task information,issuing claim results,etc.Besides,non-functional needs are also proposed.This paper designs the architecture,interface and module schem of the system.And the system is divided into two components.One is the Mini program system for car owners which includes modules such as login,taking pictures,and querying results.The other is the background audit system for remote loss assessors which includes modules such as task information and loss order.Also this paper proposes the safety solutions.This paper uses Spring Boot,Vue,Mybatis and other technology to implement the core modules of the auto insurance claim system.Tests are carried out to verify that the system meets the actual business needs.
