Rising wealth and material satisfaction bring out increasing cultural and spiritual needs.In modern life,informal learning,blends and co-exists with abundant social culture and social activities.It's an inseparable survival theme in adult life.Individual learning in the museum education is a kind of informal learning in nature,and the booming development of museum gradually amplifies the public demand for this kind of learning.As public service institutions,museums shoulder the educational responsibility for disseminating knowledge and culture,and it's an important educational force that can not be ignored in adult learning.In recent years,with the rise of "museum craze",more and more young women choose to go to museums to watch exhibitions and study,consciously build their own cognitive structure,absorb all kinds of knowledge and information,and get the enjoyment of beauty,so as to update their knowledge system and become a major group of museum visitors.To pay attention to young women's informal learning in museums,understand their current learning status and spiritual pursuit from the perspective of andragogy.Meanwhile,to provide high-quality learning support and help for their self-growth.That is conducive to enhancing the vitality of social development,and has certain positive significance of promoting the construction of a learning society and promoting the country's cultural progress.The research adopts a combination of questionnaires and interviews to know the young women who enter the museum.Based on the theory of constructivism,hierarchy of needs theory and adult learning theory,this paper discusses the basic characteristics,behavioral characteristics and psychological characteristics of young women's learning in museum education,as well as the group's satisfaction with museum learning,value identity and harvest,as the basic premise of the study of young women's learning in museum education;this paper summarizes the main types and characteristics of young women's learning in museum education,analyzes the main problems existing in young women's learning in museum education,and finally puts forward some suggestions to optimize the learning effect of young women in museums,so as to promote the growth of young women,and strive to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of adult education,and contribute to the construction of lifelong learning system for all.This paper is mainly composed of six parts.Chapter one deals with the research background,research objective and meaning,review articles and other information.Then,a brief summary of the main characteristics of adult learning in museum education,as a starting point for further research.The second part is the survey of young women in museum education.In this part,combined with questionnaires and interviews,based on constructivism theory,hierarchy of needs theory and adult learning theory,a detailed analysis of the basic characteristics of young women in museum education,behavior characteristics and psychological characteristics of the basic situation,a more comprehensive understanding of young women's museum learning specific scene.The third part is the main types and characteristics of young women in museum education.This part summarizes the four types of young women's learning in museum education:knowledge-seeking type,curiosity type,social type and parent-child type.It has four main characteristics:non-utilitarian learning purpose,preference for humanities and social science learning content,strong informal learning characteristics and pursuit of aesthetic pleasure learning psychology.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in young women's learning in museum education.This part reveals that young women's museum learning mainly has the problems of high degree of knowledge forgetting,easy blind conformity under the aesthetic convergence,easy learning fatigue,and difficult balance between parenting and self-knowledge demand of married and fertile young women.The fifth part is the suggestions to optimize the learning effect of young women in museum education.On the implementation of museum education proposed to delete redundant elements,clear educational characteristics,the implementation of the design.
