With the development of Internet technology,online media are playing an increasingly important role in science communication.In the past,the public mainly obtained scientific information from traditional media channels such as television and newspapers.As a new medium for science communication,online media brings convenience to science communication but also leads to some alienation problems.The alienation of science communication in online media is characterized by interactivity,diversity,openness,and real-time.Taking alienation theory and Mc Luhan's media theory as the research basis,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of alienation of science communication in online media.The specific performance of the alienation of scientific communication in network media is mainly in the following four aspects: First,the alienation of the main body of scientific communication in network media.The main manifestation is the wide range of scientific communication subjects,but the proportion of professionals in the main body of scientific communication is low;second is the alienation of the audience of scientific communication in the network media.This is mainly manifested in the alienation of the audience's use of scientific information and their dependence on and admiration of the network media;third,the alienation of the content of scientific communication in the network media.The main manifestation is the spread of pseudoscientific information and the inaccurate content of science news reports;fourth is the alienation of the network media science communication path.The main manifestations are the defects of the diversified science communication path and the imperfect management mechanism of the science communication path.There are three main reasons for the alienation of science communication in online media: first,the lack of professionalism in the online media science communication team,including the participation of researchers in science communication policy support needs to be further strengthened,some online media practitioners do not comply with professional ethics and the relatively slow transformation process of mainstream media integration;second,the lack of scientific literacy of the audience,including the lack of scientific knowledge of some audiences and their Finally,the imbalance in the ecosystem of the online media science communication environment,including the threat to information security caused by the globalization of information,the lack of social supervision and the lack of guidance of the scientific spirit in science communication activities.Summarization and research were conducted by using the inductive method,the unification of history and logic,and the comparative analysis method.The following solutions are proposed.First,a perfect online media science communication team should be established,the responsibility of online media practitioners should be clarified,professional research teams such as scientists and scientific groups should be mobilized to participate in science communication on online media platforms,and the speed of integration and transformation of mainstream media should be accelerated.Second,the scientific literacy of audiences should be improved,the science education of audiences should be strengthened,the social responsibility of audiences in science communication should be enhanced,and the initiative of audiences should be strengthened.Finally,we should create an online media environment conducive to science communication,advocate the concept of global cyberspace governance,play the role of social supervision,and integrate the spirit of science into science communication activities.Through the above countermeasures,we expect to promote the progress of online media science communication,and promote the cause of science communication to continue to develop for the better.
