With the development of key technologies such as cloud computing,5G,and the Internet of Things(Io T),more and more devices are connected to the Internet.The increase of device leads to a sharp increase of uploaded data,which brings huge processing pressure to the cloud computing center.Edge computing refers to a new type of computing model that offloading part of the cloud resources to the edge of the network,so that the uploaded data is directly preprocessed at the edge of the network and then uploaded to the cloud computing center,which effectively reduces the data processing pressure faced by the cloud computing center.Data aggregation is a valid data processing method to save the overhead of bandwidth and protect the privacy of single user.The data of multiple users is aggregated and then uploaded.The adversary intercepts only the sum of the data of multiple users and cannot obtain the data of a single user.However,the resources of terminal devices and edge servers in edge computing are limited,and existing data aggregation schemes cannot be directly applied to edge computing.Some data aggregation schemes implement fewer security features and cannot provide stronger security protection for users.Therefore,the research of privacy preserving data aggregation scheme in edge computing has gradually become a research hotspot.By analyzing data aggregation schemes in different environments,this thesis proposed two privacy preserving data aggregation schemes in edge computing.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on bilinear pair mapping and Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm,this thesis proposed a privacy preserving data aggregation scheme for edge computing supported vehicular ad hoc networks.This scheme can protect the privacy of uploaded data from being leaked and also realize data integrity and verifiability between communicating entities.In addition,the scheme supports the dynamic access and exit of terminal device.Theoretical analysis and experiments show that this scheme significantly reduces the communication overhead of the system and is more suitable for terminal device with limited resources.(2)This thesis proposes a privacy preserving data aggregation for smart grid network based on blockchain in edge computing.In view of the problem that the stored data cannot be recovered due to the single point of failure that may occur in the centralized storage,this thesis uses blockchain to store data in a distributed manner.From the security analysis,this scheme achieves data privacy,data integrity,authentication,differential privacy,and anonymity protection for user identity.Theoretical analysis and experiments show that this thesis does not bring too much resource overhead to the system based on the realization of multiple security features.
