A Study On The Empathy Ability Of The Host In Impromptu Oral Expression

Empathy—a concept derived from psychology,which is the premise for psychological counselors to establish a trust relationship with respondents in psychological counseling activities.It also runs through the whole counseling activities.As the research progressed,empathy has been widely used in various fields,including psychological counseling,improving nurse-patient relationship,education and teaching activities and so on.When it comes to broadcasting and hosting,the tendency of the host's impromptu oral English is becoming increasingly prominent.The host's broadcasting and reading ability alone can no longer meet the needs of the existing audience,even each media platform also has its expectations for the host.Therefore,it is inevitable that we explore how to improve the host's impromptu oral expression abilities better.In the broadcasting and hosting,ability of empathy is the basis of achieving good communication,presetting situations and understanding the audience,using the application of empathy ability in the field of broadcasting,and then exploring the role of empathy in psychology in the host's impromptu oral expression.This is dissertation is composed of the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction of the dissertation.he second chapter is about the concept overview of empathy,the origin and naming of empathy,the differences between empathy and sympathy,the composition of empathy,the classification and application of empathy in various fields.The third chapter is about the construction strategy of empathy ability in the impromptu oral expression of the host.It includes the construction of the host's basic understanding of empathy ability,and the construction of empathy ability in the host's perception aspect,language aspect and host's sub language aspect.The fourth chapter studies the application value of empathy ability in the host's impromptu oral English,provides the contribution of empathy to shaping the image of the host,as well as the impact of empathy on the host show.Having said all of above,this dissertation slightly enriches the research on empathy ability in psychology in the host's impromptu oral expression.It also restores the social,historical and cultural context,and provides practical cases and paths for the related research of broadcasting and hosting.
