With the development of information technology,hardware/software system is widely used in important equipment in aerospace,weapon equipment,transportation,communication network and other key fields,which require heigh system reliability.The traditional reliability evaluation method considering software/hardware alone is difficult to find the failure of software/hardware correlation,which has been unable to accurately evaluate this kind of system.At present,the commonly used method is to generate joint test scenarios by orthogonalizing software task scenarios and hardware task scenarios,and then carry out reliability tests considering both software and hardware for each type of test scenarios.However,this kind of method has the following problems: 1.The orthogonal method based on the method is a full coverage,and there is a lot of redundancy in the generated test scenarios;2.There may be invalid scenarios in the results generated by such methods;Based on the above problems,this thesis proposes a reliability evaluation method of hardware / software hybrid system based on hardware test profile.The specific contents include:(1)Firstly,the reliability model of the software and hardware system is established,and the software / hardware part of the system is transformed into hardware test requirements and software test requirements respectively by integrating GJB899A-2009 reliability test standard and Markov model.(2)Secondly,in the aspect of test section construction,the software stress is combined with the hardware environment stress through the combination method of two-totwo coverage.In this paper,a software and hardware system reliability test profile with fewer test scenarios is constructed by using the mature hardware test profile construction method.The definition and construction process of the profile,software and hardware reliability modeling,test scenario generation algorithm and other aspects are described in detail.In the aspect of reliability evaluation of hardware and software hybrid system,in order to carry out the reliability test efficiently,a related tool is designed and implemented based on the profile construction method proposed in this paper.Taking the energy controller as an example,the reliability test is carried out.The test covers 18 test scenarios,the total test time is 187 hours,and 429 test cases are executed.Through the analysis of the test results,the current profile construction method and the previous reliability test data are compared,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.
