With the development of urbanization and the increase of data information,the processing and planning of government functional departments rely more on the timely dissemination of information.However,because a large amount of information is difficult to circulate and share in a short period of time,it is difficult to achieve uniform pace among government functional departments,causing serious planning conflicts.And "multiple planning in one" helps to resolve outstanding problems such as self-contained spatial planning system,content conflicts,and lack of cohesion and coordination,and has become a new trend in the development of urban planning.This thesis starts from the construction of Zhenjiang's "Multi-planning" information platform,and refers to the construction experience of domestic advanced cities.Based on multiple technologies such as programming development,database and big data processing,various data and project conditions are shared among various departments in a unified manner.Solve the problem of parallel approval of data islands and projects.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)Propose a data preprocessing method based on Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and deep neural network(DNN)models.The platform has a large amount of data.It uses PCA to reduce the dimensionality of a large amount of data with high correlation,and then uses the DNN classifier to identify the data type,so as to quickly classify the data.The experimental results show that PCA+DNN can effectively solve the data Large and messy problems are the basis for the development of unified data standards and coordinate benchmarks for the platform.(2)Propose a query and retrieval performance solution based on Lucence+SVG+GML mode,and carry out secondary development on the basis of it,and realize the platform's unique spatial data retrieval engine,which can be used for big data and multi-layer feature fields.It can be retrieved at the same time,and it is easy to maintain and extensible.(3)Design Zhenjiang's "Multi-planning" information platform.On the basis of the existing Multi-planning Development Support MDS,combined with J2 EE underlying technology and SQL database technology,through the analysis of requirements and spatial data from various sources,the functions of the information platform are planned,and the implementation is based on XML and Web Service interface technology.The function of data sharing and exchange has been completed,and the realization and testing of the system have been completed.
