Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Culture And Tourism Integration In Hunan Public Libraries

The integration of cultural tourism plays an important role in demonstrating cultural self-confidence and promoting the upgrading of culture and tourism industry,and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism attaches great importance to the development of cultural and tourism integration industry,and has issued relevant policies and opinions on the promotion of cultural and tourism integration guidance,and regards the integration of cultural tourism as one of the key tasks of domestic cultural undertakings.The Ministry of Culture and Tourism emphasizes that public libraries are the basic units for providing cultural services,and at the same time are the focus of cultural industries,and in the process of the integration of cultural tourism,we should take the initiative to assume pioneering responsibilities,give full play to our own cultural characteristics,make the cause of cultural integration bigger and stronger,and make Chinese characteristics.Under the background of the integrated development of cultural tourism,the public library has continuously explored and formed a valuable,meaningful and sustainable service line,and has also reaped a lot of achievements and experiences of industrial upgrading.Hunan Province has a wealth of tourism resources and cultural resources,in the development of cultural tourism integration,promote the development of cultural tourism has a unique advantage,in the call of the department of cultural tourism,Hunan Province,the city public libraries around the positive response,relying on their own collection characteristics,research and carried out a series of cultural and tourism integration activities,to carry forward the Hunan culture,the display of Hunan cultural characteristics made outstanding contributions,but it is undeniable that public libraries belong to the public welfare undertakings,business experience and industrial upgrading experience slightly inadequate.In the development of the integration industry will encounter a variety of difficulties,there are generally small scale,the model is relatively single,integration depth is not enough,underutilized their own advantages and other problems,need to be improved and perfected.Based on the development of the cultural tourism integration industry,this paper investigates and studies the development status of the integration of the cultural tourism in the public library of Hunan Province,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures according to the results of the investigation.The article is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the theory of industrial integration and the innovation theory of public library service as theoretical guidance,and puts forward the concept of the integration of public library literature brigade.The second part adopts the method of combining the literature analysis method with the research and analysis method,takes the relevant theory and background of the integration of the literary brigade as the guide,selects the 16 public libraries in Hunan Province as the sample,investigates the basic resources,the main integration mode,the user demand and evaluation of the cultural and tourism integration activities,studies the characteristics and advantages of the public library of Hunan Province in the integration of literature and tourism,and points out the problems in the integration of cultural and tourism in Hunan Province: shortage of professionals,poor publicity and promotion.The fusion depth is not enough,the fusion mode is to be innovated,etc.The third part is based on the research results,in view of the relevant issues to put forward the Hunan Provincial Public Library in the integration of the development of the development of the cultural tourism countermeasures: First,strengthen the promotion of publicity,combined with online and offline multi-directional promotion of high-quality cultural tourism integration activities,with the help of brand co-branding to promote.Second,strengthen the construction of the talent team,strengthen the integration of professional personnel and the introduction of high-quality personnel.Third,strengthen technology development,improve the construction of digital platforms and the use of new technologies.Fourth,deepen cross-border integration and establish a deep cultural and tourism integration relationship.Fifth,innovative integration model,the establishment of cultural landmarks,scenic areas,residential study,research and tourism,creative development model.The fourth part summarizes the full text,and makes a prospect for the development of the integration of the public library in Hunan Province,and hopes that this paper can provide some reference and reference value to the research of the public library in Hunan Province and even the whole country in the integration of the literary brigade.
