Design And Implementation Of Intellectual Property Information Management System Integrated With Webmail

In the age of the knowledge economy,intellectual property has become an important strategic resource for enterprises and even the country.The number of intellectual property applications has been growing recently.Some intellectual property agencies use electronic spreadsheet when managing intellectual property files,and use emails when communicating with customers.This management and communication mode has problems such as low automation,low management efficiency,low message transmission efficiency and unstable message viewing rate.Aiming at the pain points of the above-mentioned intellectual property management model,this thesis combines the latest Web technology and We Chat template messages to design and implement an intellectual property management system integrated with Webmail.The agency staff can manage the entire life cycle of intellectual property through this system,and push We Chat template messages and emails to customers according to the life cycle changes of intellectual property files.The agency customers use We Chat and email applications to receive notifications.Due to the integration of Webmail,the system can establish an association between mail and intellectual property files to facilitate mail notifications and other operations,in addition to the regular mail management functions.This system is based on B/S architecture.The web page is developed using the Vue.js framework,and the web server is developed using the Express.js framework.Mongo DB is selected to store data.The Webmail module uses IMAP and SMTP protocols.The system has been in use,and the feedback from agency staff is positive,which has effectively improved working and communication efficiency.
