Research On Archives Information Security Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

The digital transformation of archivesis is the driving force for the development of archives that based on computer information technology,which enhances the ability of archives work and promotes the development of archives digital economy.However,in the actual implementation process,the digital transformation not only brings a positive role in promoting the development of archives,but also has a series of security risks.In order to identify the information security risks in archives work and prevent the impact of information security risk on archives work,through the domestic and foreign related literature,various digital archives and the research of the website,policy,analyze the development of digital transformation,and explore the practical problems of archival information security under the background of digital transformation.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part analyzes and summarizes the research status of archival information security at home and abroad,in order to understand the development process of digitization and the security problems of archival information,and put forward the full-text research ideas and methods;The second part introduces the relevant concepts about digital transformation,digital transformation of the development stage,information security,document life cycle theory;The third part mainly analyzes the main changes and influencing factors of archival information security under the background of digital transformation from two aspects,which includ policy and archival work;The fourth part takes the whole process management of archival information life cycle as a time axis,including generation,transmission,preservation and open utilization of four aspects of studying the risk of archival information security under the background of digital transformation.Intent to have a systematic and accurate cognition of the factors affecting archival information security under the background of data transformation;The fifth part puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects of management system dimension,technical dimension and personnel dimension;Part VI summarizes the research of this paper and prospects the next step.This research intention through literature research,website research methods,to the file life cycle as the theoretical guidance,according to the "Macroscopic research-process management-security" writing ideas,using root theory,content analysis,under the background of digital transformation of file information security understanding and analysis,the file information of the whole,comprehensive security.
