The 21 st century is the era of electronic information.Intelligence is the trend of continuous penetration and integration of computer technology in various fields.Industrial intelligence is the key development direction of the world's leading countries.Smart warehousing is not only put into use in the foundry industry,processing industry and other industries with considerable output,but in recent years it has been favored by major e-commerce platforms.As the core business of intelligent warehousing,storage location planning requires more independent and in-depth research.This paper establishes a SOQN storage location planning model,and designs a storage location planning storage strategy on the basis of the model.The storage strategy effectively shortens the transportation distance and reduces the amount of AGV input through storage partitions,rotation scheduling and other methods,and improves the system throughput efficiency.According to the SOQN model and storage strategy,this paper designs and implements the storage strategy simulation of the Flexsimbased SOQN storage location planning model,which verifies the effectiveness of the model and storage strategy.1.Aiming at the lack of generalized modeling of the overall system in storage planning research,this paper designs a SOQN storage planning model.The storage environment constructed by the model is a single-layer vertical intelligent storage based on AGV transportation,and the model framework uses a semi-open queuing network model,that is,the SOQN model.According to the theory of open queuing network and closed queuing network,the SOQN storage location planning model puts forward system assumptions.Given the average service time expression and flow balance formula of each service node in the network,the system is resolved into two states for analysis.2.Aiming at the problem that the optimal storage strategy changes due to the change of cargo location,this paper designs a storage strategy based on the SOQN storage location planning model.The storage strategy is a dynamic strategy.The storage area of the storage location planning system is divided,the area division ratio parameters ? and ? are set,and the values are 6 and 4,respectively.The storage strategy scheduling mechanism is designed to pass through the warehouse entrance and exit.The rotation coordination of the storage area improves the storage throughput efficiency.Among them,the business logic of the storage strategy provides a reference for the modularization of subsequent simulation work.3.In view of the lack of overall system verification environment for storage planning research,this paper realizes the storage strategy simulation based on Flexsim's SOQN storage planning model.System simulation includes all aspects of storage location planning.Through design experiments,it is verified that the storage strategy based on the SOQN storage location planning model can effectively improve the system throughput efficiency compared with the general storage strategy.In addition,in the simulation experiment,different experimental groups were designed according to the task allocation strategy,task acceptance strategy and AGV investment quantity of the storage location planning system,and the conclusion was drawn that the SOQN storage location planning model and storage strategy reduced the system AGV under the same throughput rate.To a certain extent,the system throughput efficiency has been improved.
