Research And Design Of File Sharing Incentive Mechanism Based On Blockchain

As one of the most popular applications of distributed network,distributed file sharing platform is in the period of mature development and extensive deployment.In the platform,users share bandwidth,upload resources and store data,which brings high-quality resources and high-speed download experience.However,some users only enjoy high-quality resources and high-speed download without upload and share,that is,free riding behavior.Such behavior will affect the share enthusiasm of other users.When the number of freeriders reaches a certain level,the platform will be not able to continue operating.Current approaches are to use incentive mechanism to encourage users to share bandwidth and upload resources,and to limit free riders unlimited downloading,so as to decrease the influence of this behavior in the platform.The activity of users in the platform is improved via the incentive mechanism which includes Reciprocal Mechanisms,Reputation-Based Mechanisms,Virtual Payment Mechanism and Game-Theoretic Mechanisms.However,there are still some problems such as: i)Current incentive modes are too simple to realize the incentive flow;ii)Some modes need to rely on the third party trusted institutions;iii)They cant efficiently solve the free riding.Blockchain,as a new architecture,includes multiple technologies such as consensus mechanism,point-to-point transmission,distributed data storage,and encryption algorithm,so that it can establish mutual trust among nodes without relying on a third party.According to this characteristic,the combination of block chain technology and distributed file sharing system can realize the file sharing platform without third party to implement incentive mechanism.On this basis,the incentive mechanism is studied to solve the problem of free riding and incentive circulation.Therefore,this paper studies the blockchain-based file sharing system and its incentive mechanism.This paper first investigated the blockchain technology and its application in various industries,sorted out the problems in the distributed file sharing system,and analyzed the principle and shortage of its incentive mechanism.In order to completely solve the problems existing in the file sharing system,the blockchain technology is introduced to reconstruct the distributed file sharing system,so as to build a block chain-based file sharing system.Under the effect of the blockchain consensus mechanism,the trust of the central institution is transformed into the trust of the distributed consensus which build a decentralized and trusted file sharing platform.The platform uses the smart contract to write the incentive mechanism in advance to realize the automatic execution and distribution of the incentive mechanism.This paper uses the economic incentive mechanism of blockchain to design a new incentive scheme,nested payment incentive mechanism,which is suitable for file sharing system.By using the transaction and payment attribute of blockchain to transform the file sharing process into the file transaction process,users pay tokens to download files to stop the free riding behavior,so that tokens can obtain the value of circulation and realize the circulation of incentives in the system.In order to verify the incentive mechanism of nested payment,the feasibility and effectiveness of this incentive mechanism are proved through scheme comparison,mathematical modeling and simulation and experimental tests.
