With the development of electronic technology,the structure of electronic equipment is becoming more and more complex.Electronic equipment designers increasingly rely on simulation technologies such as structural simulation and thermal simulation to improve product design performance.As an important part of the simulation process,simulation modeling has increasingly become a bottleneck for the improvement of simulation efficiency.Traditional simulation modeling methods include modeling directly in the CAE environment,modeling in CAD,simplification in CAE,and modeling and simplification in CAD.Due to the impact of modeling performance and efficiency in CAE,in the actual design of electronic equipment,CAD modeling and simplified methods are often used to build simulationoriented CAD models.Although this method can use the powerful modeling functions of CAD to achieve most of the model construction,the designer still has a lot of work to be done manually,and the modeling efficiency has not been high.The traditional manual simplification method does not have a unified simplification standard,and the quality of the simplified model completely depends on the experience of the operator.The final model often fails to be inconsistent.In order to solve the problems of inefficient model construction,inconsistent model quality,simplified model management and difficulty in reuse,etc.in the traditional direct modeling and simplification methods in CAD,combined with the needs of rapid simulation modeling of electronic equipment in actual projects,In-depth research on the rapid simulation modeling technology of the electronic equipment.Review and summarize the technical path of traditional simulation modeling technology and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.Analyzed the needs of designers in the simulation modeling process,and determined the functional requirements of the electronic equipment rapid simulation modeling system.Researched the system architecture and technical solutions.The main research results are as follows:(1)A fast simulation modeling method based on multi-level simulation model library is proposed.This method divides the simplified models of product parts into simulation levels according to simulation requirements,and combines relational database technology and C/S architecture to realize effective management and sharing of simplified models.By replacing the simplified model in the model library with the original model according to the simulation level,the rapid construction of simulation-oriented CAD models is realized.(2)This paper studies the classification method of parts and component models in electronic equipment,and constructs the classification tree structure of parts and components.Combining the classification tree structure,simulation type,simulation level and other information of the simplified model,a multi-level simplified model library and corresponding management system are constructed.Researched the model library sharing technology to solve the problem of inconsistent quality of simplified models in traditional simulation modeling methods.The multi-level model library greatly improves the management efficiency of simplified models in the simulation modeling process.(3)Research on rapid model simplification technology.Analyzed the model replacement method based on UG secondary development.This method retrieves the corresponding simplified model in the model library according to the simulation simplification level set by the simulation modeler,and realizes rapid model replacement simplification through component replacement.The method of constructing the posture adjustment matrix and translation vector of the replacement model through the bounding box data of the replacement model and the replaced model is studied,and the inconsistency of the model entity position after replacement caused by the inconsistent coordinate system of the replacement part and the replaced part is solved problem.The parametric modeling and parameter-driven technology are studied,and the problem of inconsistency between the original model of individual parts and the simplified model is solved.
