The parameter measurement and sorting of radar radiation source signals are crucial links in modern electronic warfare,and its advanced level can represent the development level of a country's electronic countermeasure system.With the development of radar technology and the increasing complexity of the electromagnetic environment,how to accurately,effectively and quickly measure and sort the parameters of the received radar pulse has become an important consideration for related researchers when designing the software and hardware of the reconnaissance equipment.This paper mainly studies the key algorithms of passive radar signal processing in a complex signal environment,and proposes to use the CPU+GPU heterogeneous system to optimize the entire data processing flow.It includes the following parts:1.Introduced the application of passive radar digital receiving technology,the complex signal environment and the challenges it faces,and conduct research on the main algorithms in the passive radar signal processing process through model establishment,formula derivation,and simulation verification.(Including digital down-conversion,pulsecompression,signal CFAR detection,signal auto-correlation detection,MUSIC frequencymeasurement,Angle measurement of sum and difference channel,etc.),which provides the theoretical and data basis for the subsequent radar signal sorting.2.Proposed a passive radar signal processing platform plan,starting from the hardware and software aspects of sub-modules,sub-processes to complete the signal sampling,storage,synchronization and signal processing.In terms of hardware,consider the clock accuracy,AD sampling rate,and combine the data volume,bus transmission rate,and the performance of the data processing board to reasonably configure the resources of each module.Under the requirement of a certain data throughput rate,it can not only ensure the data between the internal modules Transmission,information exchange,information processing,parameter update and command issuance,as well as data interaction with the outside(with external interface),and based on the consideration of real-time data processing,an alternative to the data processing module is given to ensure that it can operate normally under a certain data flow pressure;In terms of software,based on the passive radar signal processing process,common radar waveforms and antenna beams are simulated,and the main algorithms in the process are implemented on the new platform TX2,which improves the original platform's data processing capabilities and real-time performance.3.After obtaining the radar pulse and its parameter measurement information,a radar pulse clustering algorithm based on Fast ICA is implemented.This algorithm can be used to jointly sort the extracted radar pulse signal and PDW information.The Fast ICA method is used to pre-sort the received radar pulse signals.This method can sort out the independent components in the aliased signal and determine the number of independent components,as well as remove noise components.Therefore,it can ensure that the K-means++ clustering algorithm clusters the extracted PDW information successfully,and finally the effectiveness of the entire process of this algorithm is verified,and the superiority of this fusion algorithm is verified through performance testing.
