With the development of intelligent manufacturing,the automation degree of industrial production process is higher and higher,and the application of automatic detection technology is more and more widely.As an important component in the electronic industry,the production of PCB is more and more widely used based on visual automatic detection.However,with the improvement of production level,higher requirements are put forward for production standards.For the defect detection system,in addition to the detection of product defects,it should also manage the data of the production process to help analyze and improve the production process.Therefore,a PCB surface defect detection system based on machine vision is designed and implemented.The PCB surface defect detection machine vision system is based on the research of machine vision in defect detection and the application status of related software system.The system is designed according to the shortcomings of the existing system and the new market demand.In the design of the algorithm,the traditional machine vision algorithm and deep learning method are used.The defect detection is completed by the traditional machine vision algorithm,and the defect type analysis is completed by the deep learning method based on Res Net.The algorithm can ensure the detection efficiency and have good performance at the same time to meet the needs of production and application.Secondly,the design and implementation of PCB defect detection software system combines C/S and B/S architecture,completes the defect detection task of the production line through Py Qt client software,and then uploads the detection data to the back-end management and storage through restful API.Through the back-end data management system based on B/S architecture,the data of production process can be monitored and analyzed in real time.The quality of the production process is guaranteed through the automatic detection of production line and the management and analysis of production data.At the same time,through the management of production data,the enterprise can better manage and improve the production process.Machine vision inspection system for PCB surface defects provides a complete solution for Vision Based PCB defect detection and related production management.It can help complete the automatic detection of PCB surface defects,manage and analyze the data of the production process,help enterprises better manage and improve the production process,and improve the productivity of enterprises.
