The 3D reconstruction technology of binocular stereo vision is one of the current research hotspots.In the 3D reconstruction of binocular stereo vision,there were mainly problem such as poor real-time performance and low accuracy.For this reason,different3 D reconstruction methods are selected according to different application scenarios.The three-dimensional reconstruction methods of the workpiece are three-dimensional reconstruction of the sparse point cloud of the workpiece based on image matching and the surface reconstruction of the dense point cloud of the workpiece based on the disparity map.In traditional image matching,Gaussian pyramid was used to obtain feature points.But Gaussian blur would cause the loss of image edge feature information.Therefore,this paper proposes an image feature matching method combining AKAZE and r BRIEF.After comparing the SIFT algorithm with the AKAZE+r BRIEF algorithm,which is found that the AKAZE+r BRIEF algorithm is better than the traditional SIFT algorithm in the number of image feature points and the real-time and accuracy of feature matching.The GMS algorithm is used in the feature matching process,which can quickly complete the preliminary screening of false matches.In order to achieve the accurate matching of image feature points,the RANSAC algorithm is used to eliminate the wrong match.It is found through experiments that GMS can effectively reduce the number of iterations of RANSAC to ensure real-time image matching.In the process of reconstructing the dense point cloud of the workpiece,the disparity map needs to ensure that the binocular cameras are coplanar.Therefore,this paper uses the Bouguet algorithm to polar correction the binocular images to ensure the accuracy of the dense point cloud.Taking the shape reconstruction of the workpiece as the experimental object,and uses Open Cv,MATLAB and Mesh Lab to simulate and verify the effectiveness of this topic.Finally,the 3D reconstruction of different workpiece shapes are successfully realized through software simulation.Figure 41;Table 2;Reference 51...
