With the continuous development of industry today,traditional industrial networks have been unable to meet the transmission of key data streams in complex industrial scenarios.With the development and promotion of Time Sensitive Network(TSN)in recent years,more and more people have introduced this technology into the field of industrial control.In this thesis,we propose a scheduling scheme based on constraint strategy for the key technology of TSN——Time Aware Shaper(TAS).According to the end-to-end Quality of Service(Qo S)key data streams in the network,the solution derives network constraint strategies and network resource optimization solutions,and generates a gate control list(GCL).The main research of the thesis is as follows:1.Analyze and study the development status and key technologies of time-sensitive networks,and summarize the technical standards,protocol characteristics,domestic industry research status and time-sensitive network traffic scheduling documents of time-sensitive networks.At the same time,it summarizes the key issues that need to be resolved in the development of time-sensitive network technology and traffic scheduling.2.After analyzing and studying the traffic characteristics of industrial networks,defining different priority traffic types in time-sensitive networks,and establishing a traffic model based on parameters such as the transmission period,data frame size,maximum transmission delay,and maximum transmission jitter of the real-time synchronous periodic stream.The concept of transmission offset time based on the TAS transmission mechanism is proposed,and a traffic model of the restriction strategy is established.In order to meet the end-to-end Qo S requirements of key data streams,a scheduling method based on a constraint strategy is proposed.This method can generate GCLs from transmission cycle constraints,transmission delay constraints,transmission jitter constraints,and transmission time constraints.3.In order to reduce the loss of gating bandwidth resources,taking the door switch preparation time as the entry point,an optimization scheme for gating bandwidth is proposed on the basis of four constraint strategies.Through simulation experiment analysis,in the case of inputting the same analog data stream,the loss of the gated bandwidth resource is significantly improved after optimization.4.A time-sensitive network test and verification platform was built.Based on the gate control list obtained from the simulation results,three test schemes for real-time synchronization flow were designed for the scheduling test of the gate period equal division,the scheduling scheme test based on the constraint strategy,and the gating bandwidth optimization scheme test.The test results prove that the scheduling method based on the constraint strategy proposed in this article can meet the end-to-end Qo S requirements of data when applied to the actual time-sensitive network.At the same time,the gating bandwidth optimization scheme not only reduces the loss of gating bandwidth resources,but also maintains end-to-end data transmission performance.
